As an individual checking only one vehicle you pay for the service but in their agreement and based on a 0.95 cent scam trial then they automatically sign you up for a €37 monthly debit order as they have your details from the trial . They will not refund say its part of their terms and conditions to sanction unauthorised funds without consent or notice .
This is a complete rip off and as far as i can see this is actually theft. Really if i could have another larger platform or forum to let the innocent users know that these people are common thieves and would not recommend doing any business with them. Avoid at all costs

J'ai été sur Listocar pour un Certificat de Non Gage, j'ai payé avec carte BK 0,95€ , Ok. Des jours plus tard je vois sur mon relevé une tentative de retrait 37,90€ par Listocar qui a été refusée par ma Banque soupçonnant une escroquerie et la BK a bloqué ma carte par sécurité. Après vérification de ma part, je n' ai jamais fait d'achat sur Listocar autre que le Certificat de Non Gage à 0,95€ !!! C'est la seule fois où j'ai utilisé Listocar !!
Alors attention à ce Site , heureusement que ma Banque a refusé et bloqué la demande de transaction de 37,90€ par Listocar. J'ai la preuve sur mon Mobile que c'est une tentative d'escroquerie car je n'ai rien commander chez Listocar a part un Certificat de Non Gage pour 0,95€ pour la première fois . Je connais pas Listocar avant cela.

Je me suis désabonner de Listocar de suite. Prenez garde.
En fait j'ai approfondi mes recherches et découvre l'entourloupe, que après avoir le Certificat de Gage on demande les renseignements nécessaires et votre Boîte mail pour recevoir le Certificat en Pdf , et la se trouve le piège, vous vous retrouvez "Abonné" malgré Vous, et si vous cherchez un peu vous découvrez que contre l'obtention du Certificat de non gage à 0,95€ que vous payez avec votre CB pensant que ça ne vous engage à rien. Juste un Certificat de Non Gage ! un prélèvement de 37,90€ mensuel après 48h sera prélevé, puis tous les Mois... Cette manière de vous faire abonner malgré vous et sans votre consentement car ce qui vous intéresse c'est juste l'urgence de votre Certificat de Non Gage mais derrière c'est tout un système qui s'enclenche malgré vous car c'est en arrière plan.
Merci a ma Banque d'avoir refusé de débloquer la somme de 37,90€ ce qui m'a mis en éveil et poussé à comprendre .
Personnellement j'ai tapé sur le clavier "Certificat de Non Gage gratuit" , je tombe sur Listocar entres autres, aucun mot de "Abonnement ou 37,90€" sur l'annonce, et je clique, suis le fils , donne les renseignements nécessaires, j'arrive à Payer 0,95€ , je me dis bof c'est rien, je paie en CB numéro et tout, j'ai mon Certificat de Non Gage puis je quitte le Site et pour moi c'est Fini !
Jusqu'à ce que j'utilise ma carte Revolut et découvre qu'elle est bloqué, car une demande de paiement 37,90€ pour Listocar a été refusée et on me demande si c'est bien Moi qui a donné l'ordre.
Je clique sur Non , car cette somme m'est inconnue .
Et de là je fais des recherches sur Listocar auquel je ne me suis jamais abonné à part avoir pris un Certificat de Non Gage à 0,95€ ! Sans plus.
Finalement je découvre leur manière de vous "escroquer" de manière très très subtile sans votre consentement, vous vous retrouvez Abonné à payer un abonnement !!?
Méfiez-vous, laissez tomber ces Sites qui se sucre sur les Certificats de Noël normalement gratuits , mais ces "Enseignes" Listocar et autres se greffent et utilisent les sites officiels gratuit en arrière plan pour avoir le Certificat de Non Gage gratuit et vous le vendre à peine 1€ et sans votre consentement vous collent un abonnement à 37,90€ ou plus.
Sur certaines pages internet y'a Listocar, avec des infos sur l'annonce de après achat de 0,95€ un prélèvement de 37,90€ mensuel pour abonnement et moi sur l'annonce où je suis tombé rien de cela n'est écrit avant de cliquer dessus, c'est après avoir acheté le Certificat de Non Gage et quitter le Site que vous découvrez après recherche approfondie mais c'est trop tard le prélèvement 37,90€ a eu lieu, ..
Heureusement ma Banque a bloqué le prélèvement et m'a prévenu.
J'espère aider d'autres a faire très attention.

This is a terrible company - I had the same unfortunate experience as everyone else. I used them to check a VRT valuation and then got caught with the € 37 monthly charge! They are extremely devious, there's no follow up email to confirm your "subscription" or to thank you for your "subscription" etc. The first you know about it is when you notice the € 37.90 deducted from your credit card! Unfortunately I didn't check my credit card bill for a couple of months and they had already made several deductions. I contacted them immediately and requested return of my funds but to no avail. They insisted that everything was above board and they wouldn't be giving me any refund. My first mistake was to not check their reviews before I used their service in the first place. I can not understand how a company like this is allowed to stay in business. This is the worst rip-off that I have come across for a long time. Please do not use this company as doing so just keeps them going and will ultimately cause more and more innocent people to be defrauded out of their hard earned money.

I paid a one off fee in January to vrt a car.
The were wrong on their estimate by €11000!
They have just debited my account by 37.90.... 6 months later.

As others have described, I completed a VRT check for 95c only to be signed up to a monthly subscription of €37.90 in a reprehensible and underhanded manner. This is not the type of company I want to do business with. A company that generates its income from subterfuge and cloaked small print.

BEWARE Listocar are scammmers, They give you the impression they are charging €0.95 and then secretly sign you up for a €37.90 per month subscription. Avoid. No communication so you only find out when you check your bank statement.

Advertising a service for 0.95cent without making it clear that there is a monthly subscription of 39euro . You wouldn't know this unless you scroll down to the bottom of the page to read the fineprint . No chance this is accidental. SCAM 🚩

This company Advertise vrt estimates including nox figures for 0.95 cents.
I duly enquired about a vehicle
They came back with an estimate and a nox figure that was totally incorrect.
I then tried a different car 2 days later and again got an incorrect figure.
The worst part was having accepted their conditions and not having studied it correctly a charge of 37 euro for membership appeared on my credit card. They refused to refund me, so moral of the story is stay away from this company, not only are you mislead into membership but the information is incorrect.

Sneaky ++ .One check while browsing and paid E0.95 but got hit with E37 charge on my card later. Not clear what charges involved. OK if your in the business but otherwise beware

Like others on here I too was stung for the monthly charge after getting one report for 95 cent, just got a reminder there as another attempted transaction was blocked on my Revolut card, I couldn't even sign back into the site to cancel the subscription, you don't even get good value out of the full subscription anyway, avoid

tried the personalized route planner for a longer trip, it wasn’t that great but not the most horrible
