I bought a bracelet for me and my mom. My mom's bracelet turned her wrist green and mine is tarnished on the clamp piece. We've only had the bracelets for a week and a couple of days.

It snapped after a week of wearing

Bracelet is missing the end piece on one end of pull chain. I sent a message and have not heard back. Also, I ordered a bracelet prior to this one which is already losing the gold color.

I loved the way my bracet looked, but it turned my arm green and has one of the chains has broken off. I have only had it a few weeks.

Bracelet was beautiful but despite the company claiming that the jewelry doesn't change colors or tarnish my bracelet tarnished within a week of receiving.

I ordered two name bracelets for Mother’s Day, one for me and one for my sister. I received my sister’s bracelet, but the one meant for me has someone else’s name on it. I emailed your company to let you know about the issue, but I still haven’t received a response from anyone.

As much as I really like the bracelets, I won’t be purchasing from your company again due to the lack of communication regarding this issue.

My bracelet arrived, broken

I just received my bracelet, It looks expensive and rich I have already received many compliments on it, will be ordering more soon!

I’d give 0 stars if i could. I still have not received my package and communication with support is not helpful. I just get a reply saying, it has been forwarded to relevant team. Been weeks and still nothing. Was purchased back in April. Send my tracking number to the shipping company and they have no record. So to be honest i don’t know what is going on. Very disappointed because these were bought as a gift.

My rating is low only because of the issue. They a very cute and I adored them so much. I bought a bracelet for my daughter and myself. Mines broke 2-4 days after receiving it. My daughter’s broke around the 5 or 6 day. I will be ordering some more later. Praying those will last longer.

I ordered a bracelet the name was supposed to be Tania, but when I received my bracelet it said Ashley!! I’ve contacted customer service to fix issue, I haven’t got a response yet!! It took super long to even receive. Not happy at all!!! 😡😡😡

I ordered 2 bracelets. One of the bracelets I received tarnished after wearing it for 2 days! Reached out to customer service and never heard back. The second bracelet I ordered came broken! Very unhappy

I was skeptical, but the bracelets were even prettier in person. My daughters love them. So I ordered 2 more.

Horrible I never got a bracelet and got gaslighted by customer service saying that I would enjoy my bracelet when there were several failed delivery attempts. Keep in mind I ordered two of them. I’m highly upset that there was no acknowledgment, accountability or solution to my problem.

Item broke within 2 weeks 4 days later after sending email about issue still no response
