Terrible product, sizing is not correct. They say they give full refund. However you have to pay to return to China. I bought it from Banff. Big Big scam.

Total scam. They take your money then if you want to return an item it is they give you 14 days with no address to send it to. Plus they are only going to give you 10% of your money back. Total scam beware.

Store is not what or where it says it is. The poor quality garment I received bears some general resemblance to what I ordered but is not as illustrated - eg hemmed rather than knit cuffs, button holes do not match the fabric, not the promised fleece. The web site is one of many I've seen since I placed the order: they all use the same template for a 'revival' sale of a 'family owned' business in a Canadian or American town, with free express shipping... which takes three weeks from the actual store in China.

They presented themselves as a store in Banff, Alberta. However, when I check the label under the one used for delivery, it is in Chinese. Also, I ordered 5 items, they only sent 2! The quality of the two they sent was not as described. It was very poor.
Have reached out to them, but I don't have much hope of getting a response. Lesson learned.

Poor customer service. They obviously do not read their emails properly. I wish I had checked out reviews before I ordered. And to send it back to China!! The cost!! I won't be doing that.

Lisaboutique is a scam!!!!! Product was not as it appeared. Poor quality. Appears to be in Banff Alberta. Isn’t!!! Went to return items and it was going to cost over $80.00 for $130 purchase. They are in CHINA. Avoid this suite at all costs!

Ordered 4 items. Got 2. Quality is pathetic. a "cozy sweater" is a thin polyester. In the photos they manage to make them look like real sweaters, turtlenecks and hoodies. Don't waste your time and money on this crap.

Do not shop from here. It’s the same as Banff Boutique and they pretend they are in Banff but they are in China. Stay away!
