They were very good about updating me on when my shipment was coming. The only negative is the who they use to ship. Fed ex ground and I almost missed it, since I have sign for it. The 1 day they never showed up, but marked me as not there. I had already paid shipping on a bottle I never received , since they said that the last time. But I got this one and was completely happy with how it was packaged

I have been ordering from liquorama for years, I’ve always been able to find anything I need & my deliveries are always prompt & correct if I were to have a wish list I would like to be able to bring up the option of “buy again” because there are items I order more frequently & it would be faster than searching every time I place an order also I would like to have a reward program or coupon specials.

Shipping containers had no markings for…
Shipping containers had no marking for fragile contents. I observed ups guy throwing my bottles of wine boxes down from the truck unto a cart. I asked him to stop, there are wine bottles inside. He said sorry he did not know there are no box markings. So the boxes were being bounced around between truck changes to final arrival. I left a note for this info on an email and received no response.
