Ok to start with a positive the organic ethanol is an amazing product at a great price and is despatched in very good time, however, anyone wanting to use this product in a cosmetic formula needs the data sheet. We have tried emailing, phoning and we even ordered another bottle and put a note on the order asking for the data sheet but we have heard nothing, never been able to get through on the phone, never had an email answered and even though our order was despatched, no-one responded to the note we added asking for the data sheet. It is absolutely exasperating and has left us wondering if it is a legal operation.

Ordered 1 bottle. It got held up by the delivery company so Liquid Essences sent out a replacement with next day delivery.

Great service & great products.

Let down by the delivery service they use, but as a business their costumer focus was very pleasing. Had the product just arrived I probably wouldn't leave a review but 5 stars for issue resolution (not their fault).

The product, price, communication and time management is amazing. I read some bad reviews that I can only dismiss as fairy tails. Jamie was awesome addressing my concerns and helped me with everything. This company delivers a A+ product and service. Thank you. I won’t use any other company after getting such a stellar service and product.

Quick delivery but the incorrect product was sent initially. I emailed to ask about returning it and I had an immediate response and the correct product was sent by next day delivery and they said I could keep the incorrect product as well. Excellent customer service. I can't comment on the quality of the product as not yet used.

Ordered and received on time. Very happy. Good customer service.

Placed my order this morning and paid for express delivery as I will be travelling later in the week. Web site payment service on mobile was difficult to use as the blue payment buttons did not work. used google pay instead which I strongly dislike doing. I just hope their courier issues have been sorted!

Only missing a star because of the Courier who insists on leaving parcels in a stupid place and not leaving a card.
The product is good, a problem caused by the courier was rapidly sorted out'

My order was delayed around 10 days due to the courier bad service, but Jamie was briliant and sort out a new replacement ASAP. I'II highly recommend this company because l'm a regular customer and not all the time is their fault, couriers can be horrendous sometimes.

After a slight to and fro, it was established that the delivery company had failed to deliver over 140 bottles of their product. Liquid Essences rectified that immediately, and the replacement arrived with no problems.

I look forward to dealing with them again in the near future.
