Necklace with Backward Initial….
My necklace came and the initial was backwards….and now I look online to see that my initial is sold out. This was supposed to be a special gift for my boyfriend.
The initial is not removable from the chain either so no way for me to fix it without potentially breaking the necklace.

I ordered two 24” silver chains. They arrived yesterday: one was absolutely perfect and beautiful. The other has a flaw in it and I cannot straighten it. I would like to return and replace the necklace. Is that possible? Please advise. Thank you!

I was scammed. This jewelry store sent me wrong items and subpar quality fake jewelry. I tried to request to return the items but they will not honor the return. Save your money! Don't get scammed like I did.

We are sorry to hear about your delayed package, however we shipped your order two days after it was placed. Once the package is out of our hands and in possession of USPS, there is only so much we can do. We see that your order was delivered yesterday, so there should be no issues. Great looking chain for a great price
Great looking chain. Weight was what I expected. Gold plating looks very nice, and a unique patina is forming the more I wear it. I can’t see any signs of plating wear after a few weeks of wear. Can’t beat the price either!
