Link My Pet Arvostelua 

I love the link collar and GPS system but the battery life til now has left a lot to be desired. I just ordered the Link Plus for both my pups and am hoping to see a big improvement.

A very wonderful idea that has protected our AKC protection detail German shepherd dog many times so now we had to buy for our AKC Dalmatian pet her first coller

I like that I can follow my dog if she escapes. I find that the GPS is a bit behind as far as quick time to locate a lost dog. Be sure to keep it charged.
We were out of town for 2 days so took the base station with us. It did make the new location current.
The device is somewhat "heavy" with the collar that goes with it. I remove it when we are at home but if I pick it up to put it on my dog she now shy's away from it. Tells me she doesn't like wearing it.

Great service most of the time. I did order 2 sleeves for my dogs collar, was charged for two and only received one. I contacted customer service several days ago but have heard nothing. I’ll try again .

Just the product I needed, delivered promptly.

When we’re traveling it doesn’t always update to
our current location timely which is a problem if we actually need to use it to locate our dog.

Unbelievable product and customer service! Nichole Hannigan Helped me through the process to connect my dog’s collar. I had difficulty understanding some instructions, but she politely and PATIENTLY helped me set up the device. Nichole checked with me through email and phone post set-up to make sure my dog’s collar was working accurately. I have never had such incredible service from any Company In my life. I would give her more stars if I could.
I would highly recommend this company to all pet owners!

Just wish the battery life was longer and/or a package deal that includes to sensors.

I just ordered the Link AKC and had not yet used the device.

I wish I had found this product years ago I would still have the most amazing dog I've ever had. This is why I bought the link when I saw it - so my new dog will be protected. My only concern is the charging on occasion it has not charged fully after being on the charger for 12 hours. Otherwise the product is wonderful.

functionality is great. Battery life is a real problem.

Rarely updates and one of the units came off a collar because they are not secure enough with attachment provided. I would return if I could.

This is my third covers in 2 years. The Velcro does not last.

The site was easy to use. I can’t wait to get the product.

I have spoken to 3 different customer services reps. And the are all very nice and helpful. From getting questions answer to explaining discounts for multiple collar setups.

The people at Link are so kind and are very efficient at meeting my needs. I love my collar, and so does my dog. I especially enjoy the activity feature, as my dog has separation anxiety and I like to know that he is still active and playing when I am at work versus just sleeping and feeling depressed. I also enjoy the light and sound feature, my SO gets home very late sometimes and I often have to walk my dog Copper around the complex in the dark. I used to carry a flashlight around, but now my dogs collar can light the way. I also use the sound feature to make my dog stop licking or scratching his sore spots. I love LINK, and I feel so safe knowing that if my dog ever escaped, we could find him quickly.
