I’ve been using SEO PowerSuite for about six years now, and it has become one of my go-to SEO tools. I love that it gives me access to multiple tools in one suite, so I can handle keyword research, website audits, rank tracking, and backlink work without constantly switching between platforms.

Excellent customer service. I contacted them regarding a billing issue with my subscription. They replied quickly, took the time to research the problem and they made it right. Good customer service is hard to find these days. These guys standout.

Slow and clunky. Similar tools are worth the price difference. If you insist on buying this tool, wait for a 70 to 90% discount offer. However, do not expect a refund under any circumstances

Feels like a scam or is one!

We don’t use the product anymore (to slow, needs to much time to process, Computer is blocked for hours, needs research and tweaking of the computer settings so that application doesn’t not freeze). This is after 4 years license payment and 3 years of use.

After that said it is important that you know how they charge you and there is no way back after renewal is done they don’t refund because there internal payment policy doesn’t allow refunds 😂😂

Of course it doesn’t allow refunds. I think that would half there income or more!

Guys, if you like to use this software (I don’t suggest!), pay and then immediately stop the automatic renewal or they will charge you like us after 3 years again for 3 years!

If my company would work like that’s in our country, a judge would stop that for shure because charging after 3! without any way of refund isn’t normal and fair.

I work as a content manager and have access to our SEO PowerSuite company license to get keyword ideas and check the content optimization advice. It was quite easy to learn how to use the tools, as the support reps are super responsive. It’s not as popular as Semrush or Ahrefs, but it’s much more affordable for smaller companies. So, if you’re in doubt and have a smaller software budget, give it a try and don’t hesitate to contact the team for help.

I’ve used SEO PowerSuite for just a couple of months, but I’ve already found it very helpful for my daily SEO tasks.The best feature is no doubt rank checking - it’s very customizable, lets you pick the necessary location, shows different types of ranking results, etc. And it’s one of the most affordable rank checkers on the market if you need to track a lot of keywords for lots of domains.My second favorite feature is site audit - very handy for spotting sitewide problems that need to be fixed ASAP before you start creating new content and building links. Yeah, bigger sites can take longer to crawl, but I read about it and it’s not a big concern for me. All in all, a solid tool for SEO projects.

My issue relates to the subscription and renewal process rather than the software itself. The product auto-renews via a third-party provider (2Checkout), and while a reminder email was sent, there was no clear or direct way to cancel within that communication. Managing the subscription requires access to an external system, and this was not a straightforward or well-signposted process.

When the renewal was processed, I contacted support immediately to request a refund. Despite the circumstances, the response was a strict reference to their “no refunds” policy, with no flexibility or consideration given. The only alternative offered was to pause the licence, which doesn’t resolve the issue.

As someone who works in web and digital services, I would expect a clearer, more user-friendly approach to subscription management — particularly around renewals and cancellations. A simple, accessible cancellation process and a more reasonable stance on immediate post-renewal requests would significantly improve the customer experience.

The software itself has its place, but the billing and subscription model feels outdated and unnecessarily rigid.

I've used their service several times now. It's difficult to find tools in this sector with decent uptime, but I've discovered that theirs is the finest. They also provide excellent service and are really trustworthy.

I’ve been using SEO PowerSuite tools for almost 7 years, and I can say it’s one of those solutions that doesn’t get enough attention in the community. Rank Tracker is one of the most cost-efficient rank checking tools out there, with deep customization (locations, search engines) and a strong keyword research module. For example, you can quickly see which keywords your competitors rank for that you’re missing. WebSite Auditor is also very useful - it lets you run site audits and generate “needs fixing” reports you can share with clients. Yes, it’s desktop software, which comes with some limitations, but when set up properly, it’s very effective.

SEO PowerSuite provides valuable insights and helps a lot with my content strategy. It’s also great for competitor research and rank tracking. I like that you essentially get four tools in one, each with a wide range of features for managing SEO projects and reporting. The biggest advantage is that it’s unlimited in terms of projects and keywords, which is pretty rare among SEO tools.

The site and on-page audit reports in WebSite Auditor are very helpful. It’s actually the first thing I do with any new client — run an audit to get a clear overview of issues and the overall setup. Then I switch to Rank Tracker to evaluate rankings and start keyword research. The keyword research module is best, and you can choose many methods to get ideas, for instance, analyzing competitors or pulling suggestions from autocomplete. I do miss some AdSense-related features, but for the SEO work I do, it covers almost everything I need.

I mostly use Rank Tracker and was really happy when the team added AIO results tracking. Now I can see whether my sites appear in AI Overviews and analyze how that correlates with traffic and SERP fluctuations. I also like that there are no limits on the number of projects, and you’re not billed for extra domain checks. Sometimes the software can freeze (my laptop isn’t the newest), but since everything is saved locally, it’s not a big issue.

Be very careful to cancel your subscription, or you will get hit with a charge for signing up. You have been warned.

I bought this software and used it for a few weeks. After one year, I was charged again for another year’s subscription. I was at my computer the moment they charged me and I saw the email notification. I contacted the company (literally within minutes) and explained that I don’t use the software and didn’t want to renew. They said they would have to check with the software owner to see if they would agree to the refund. The owner said no! They said that at the time of signing up, I agreed to the renewal and if I didn’t cancel the renewal its too bad. They didn’t even send me a notice of renewal beforehand, as reputable companies do. So, I lost my money. This is a very shady practice. I bitterly cannot recommend this software provider.

Received an email saying subscription will expire. It was just renewed. Within Hours I requested refund. Refund denied. Deceptive renewal practices.
