Lings - Triumph Essex Arvostelua 

Good experience at Lings in Dunmow today. Serena made me feel welcome and the whole team were friendly and willing to help. Special mention to Bailey who remained endlessly cheerful, calm and persistent in seeking a solution to my tech stress. Thank you.

Great service. Very able and willing to find solutions to unexpected problems. Had to change original bike and they found another easily.

Firstly the sales team of Bailey and Josh were excellent in so far as helpful informative and provided answers to all my questions. Very polite and professional. The guy that delivered my Tiger, Steve, was also excellent in so far as telephoning me as to when to expect him, fully explaining the controls on the bike and making sure I understood everything. The 3 things that let Lings down were that I was advised that I would receive 1/2 a tank of fuel, that the bike would be thoroughly cleaned and the service book. The bike only had a 1/4 of a tank of petrol and it appeared the bike had only been wiped over with a wet rag. For example the underside of the exhaust was covered in dirt and the wheels were dirty. Lastly the service book had not been stamped with the first service, having done 1350 miles, I may be wrong but I put these 3 factors down to the service team.

My new purchase was made very easily with the help of Bailey who explained all I needed to know at every step of the way.

Bailey the young man was very helpful when I ordered my new triumph and in sorting some accessories out for my triumph. When collecting my very gorgeous triumph, Sarah one of the mechanics test road my gorgeous triumph before handing over the key was very helpful too. All the team appear to be a friendly bunch.

The team at Lings are really, all, really great. Unfortunately the bike was ready for collection, it had accessories ordered that were not installed and some parts just unavailable (still not received 6 weeks later). The sales guys did their best to get everything right but I do feel that it should be correct as they'd had, almost, 2 weeks from purchase to collection.

Agreed the final price, ordered the bike, came and settled-up, arranged delivery to my house.
That's what you need when ordering a new bike. Simplicity and no hidden extras

The people at Triumph Essex were great, friendly and enthusiastic but not pushy and made my first triumph experience one I’ll recommend to anyone.

I found that Bailey went over and above to help when I had to get my new bike making sure it was what I wanted and even helping me load it into my van and a follow up call to make sure I made it home safely

Josh made the transaction really easy. Fair price for the part ex and managed to get the bike ready within a week. Explained everything clearly. Super easy and a pleasure to do business with.

Bike was ready on time on the agreed date.
Triumph itself was a disappointment with the customer service teams big delay in answering an email chased up 3 times with a statement to the effect. Unavailable optional extras continue to be, well unavailable.
16 days to come up with that.
