Honest and proffesional = Awsome
There customer service is awesome, this is the 2nd bike I bought from them in a short time frame (first one was written off during an RTA) they are professional, extremely helpful and what I really like is the personal touch of them doing a quick video showing the bike you are buying (ether same model or actual bike) and making it a honest buying experience. I can not rate them highly enough with this.

Not so good experience
1. The delay between purchase and delivery was very long, perhaps a review of the delivery system is needed.
2. I asked for a frame and saddle bags to be removed, this was done, however, the nuts and bolts that held them on were also holding the mudguard on. They had not been tightened, I found this after noticing one bolt had gone missing within days of delivery and not being able to get an exact replacement, I had to replace all four with a different style of bolt. When I replaced them, all of the existing nuts and bolts were only finger tight. This does not bode well for servicing in the future.

Lings Harleston- Professional and Enjoyable Experience
Lings Harleston, and Kevin in particular, made purchasing a bike simple, pleasant experience. Plenty of information was forthcoming before I even went to see the bike, and my arrival was met with a nice cup of coffee. Even the always uncomfortable negotiation was handled with sensitivity which showed the level of professionalism. Great experience and somewhere I’ll make a first port of call for the next bike, if there is one.

Great service when buying
Great service when buying, not so great after unfortunately, Have had an issue with the bike and have no real dialogue except initiated from myself. Still waiting as to when it’s going to be picked up.

Husqvarna Svartpilen 801 annual service
I took my Husqvarna Svartpilen for its first annual service at Lings Harleston.
Booking the service was easy and on the day of the service I was kept updated on progress. The service points were explained to me afterwards and I had a follow-up call a few days later to check all was well.
Good service overall.

Small bike but big service
All dealings with Lings have been fantastic. I have purchase accessories online previously and this time a bike for my grandson.
Without going into detail during the time I reviewed purchasing the vehicle and actual purchase, I suffered quite a severe medical condition which placed me in hospital.
Kevin T. from Lings has been brilliant and very understanding and kept me in the loop during each element of purchase and delivery stages. I would not hesitate to purchase again from them.
It is very refreshing to come across good customer services as it is not always a given these days.
Looking forward to my delivery and the many happy hours it will bring my grand children in the future.
