Ada & Ina Fabrics Arvostelua 

I ordered curtains for a 3.80 window and these arrived without any enquiry about what fullness was required. There is no step in the ordering process to establish this and I was not aware, as a non-expert, that there are different standards. The company applied the fullest standard; a ratio of 2.5 the rail length rather than standard or less full version (As it is, I need the least full version). This obviously results in a lot more fabric being sold too (nearly doubling the price!). When I queried this following receipt, the company did offer to alter this at a price notwithstanding it had already charged me for about twice the fabric I needed. The curtains also arrived later than advertised during the order process. Fabrics good - clear from swatches received. But I paid a steep price for something that is not useable.

Blinds are really well made and simple to put up - this is the third time I’ve used this company and once again I wasn’t disappointed!

Fantastic clear communication and such quality blinds. Have used them twice and they both fit perfectly and look gorgeous.

Ordered fabric samples, then placed order. Love the fabric which arrived promptly.
Only problem is that you can’t get anyone to answer the phone! Otherwise it would have been 5 star review.

Good customer service too - there was a slight problem with the measurements which, unfortunately, was only noticed once the curtains were up. However, it was corrected immediately. It would have been a nice gesture to be offered some kind of discount as it was a bit of a hassle to put them up twice and package them but that didn't detract from the final result.

I honestly don’t usually write reviews but as soon as my curtains were up I felt that I needed to send this company a thank you note! They are such good quality, beautifully made, and they look exactly as I had hoped. Thank you!

I have had the most appalling customer service. I ordered a duvet cover which arrived looking a very different colour than expected. I called many times to arrange a return but there was never any answer on the phones. Eventually after a week I managed to speak to someone and they confirmed that they were happy to exchange for me. I paid a further £10 for the return.
12 days after they received the duvet I have not heard further from them.
No answer to emails, message left and still no answer on the phone.
Very disappointed as thought I was supporting a small company. Should have gone to a known established company instead.

We were struggling to find a fabric we liked for our dining room curtains and ended up ordering 2 lots of free samples before we found the right one.
The online ordering process was simple for both the samples and our chosen fabric.
We were pleasantly surprised to receive the fabric within 2 days of ordering and it was exactly what we wanted

I have ordered some beautiful fabric from Ada and Ina but have had no communication about it. When I contacted them there was a delay and said it would be here within the week but still no sign or contact from the company. I do hope it arrives because they are lovely fabrics but so far poor customer service and no delivery.

Easy to order. Easy to chat to someone about my particular queries. Patient and flexible with the order, when I asked to place on hold. When I was ready to go again after final measure, arrived really quickly. Absolutely brilliant quality and really well made. Hung beautifully. Really, really delighted. It can be a real gamble what you may get, when ordering something like curtains on the internet, but I have been very, very delighted at the quality of the material and end product with these curtains. Fantastic value for money. I will be using again and would highly recommend to others.

I have received 2 beautiful bed valances so far, a single and a small double. Both very well made and the Amara cotton fabric is excellent quality. Am going for a super king now. Just waiting for a few more colour samples. Thank you so much. A brilliant service!
