Ik begrijp uw frustratie over de geannuleerde bestelling en de onduidelijkheid rondom uw geld volkomen.

Ik heb uw dossier er direct bij gepakt en kan u geruststellen: uw bestelling is op 08/03 geannuleerd, en wij hebben de volledige terugbetaling direct op 08/03 vanaf onze kant verwerkt.

De reden dat u dit nog niet ziet, is dat banken doorgaans 3 tot 5 werkdagen nodig hebben om een terugbetaling op uw rekening te verwerken. Het geld is dus veilig en onderweg naar u.

Stuur mij alstublieft even een e-mail op support@lindkart.com met uw bestelnummer. Ik stuur u dan direct de officiële transactiebevestiging (het ARN-nummer), zodat u de status eventueel bij uw bank kunt verifiëren.

Nogmaals onze oprechte excuses voor de annulering en het ongemak.

First, I want to sincerely apologize. You were absolutely right to be frustrated, and I am writing to tell you that we completely dropped the ball on your order.

I personally dug into Order #25/101429GH today to find out why you were ignored and why your package never arrived. Your package was halted by our logistics operator due to missing Customs paperwork required for shipping from the EU to the UK. The operator flagged this to us, but our internal team tragically missed the notification. We mistakenly believed your order was on its way to you when it hadn't even left the facility.

I see that you filed a chargeback with your bank, and I want to confirm that we fully accepted that request today. Your bank will be returning your funds to you shortly.

There is no excuse for missing your emails or failing to monitor our logistics alerts. We have just expanded our team and are completely overhauling our cross-border shipping protocols to ensure this never happens again. I am incredibly sorry that we let you down.

Thank you for sharing your feedback — we truly understand your frustration regarding the delay and the lack of response at the time.

Your order was placed on February 17, 2025 with an estimated delivery window of 4–8 working days. Unfortunately, due to a technical synchronization issue between our marketplace and delivery system, your order wasn’t processed correctly. This issue caused significant delays for some customers, including yourself.

Your order was fully refunded on March 6, 2025, but the underlying synchronization issue unfortunately persisted until very recently. It was finally identified at senior management level and fully resolved this week.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the lack of communication during this period. The situation should not have lasted this long, and we’ve now put in place new monitoring processes to ensure it never happens again.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re genuinely sorry again for your experience.

We’ve recently uncovered that there was a significant synchronization issue between our marketplace and our main shop’s delivery system. Unfortunately, this led to some orders — including yours — not being processed on time, and our management team was not made aware of the full extent of the problem until recently.
