It's been so wonderful and nice so far and I have a wonderful experience with the Linden home, especially the member of staff on grant are so excellent and great people to work with.
I will love to appreciate Louis and Naomi for a job well done. They are so nice and so courageous with they customs. Words are not enough to describe the great work that you have done.

Sarah from Bamford Park has been amazing. Always there when needed making the purchase easy. She has been a superstar. Also Russel has been great to deal with, they managed to bring the completion early 🙂. I would 100% rate the staff at this development

The whole team are so brilliant and have done their absolute best for and by us so far. Damien has been a brilliant help, incredibly thorough and has helped us at every step of the way.

Buying our linden home was so peacefully easy! We was showed 2 styles that were exactly what we was looking for.
We went to see them and fell in love with a mountford! The builders are all so friendly and they finished our home beautifully. The best part was choosing our own kitchen, flooring and tiles lots of beautiful choices and they all came together so well we are so happy! Special mention to Stuart Marshall who helped us along the way to make sure the journey was as peaceful as possible, the friendliest loveliest guy around who has become a true friend!
We had our 2 week courtesy call and only a few minor snags were sorted quickly. Cannot fault the pleasley view team another mention to luke our site manager who's always smiling and happy to help. Another mention to clare who works in the sales progressor part, very very helpful lady who helped us out so much and we are so greatful for your help! Very lucky we have such a great team to make buying our dream home even better. Thank you team linden! X

Very responsive and helpful and always able to support and answer queries and questions.

I’m just starting out on this journey to buy what I’m guessing will be my last house and it’s from Linden Homes at Linby Meadows - my last hurrah 🎉 my husband is indulging me with this our last adventure 😳 into the world of sellers/buyers & estate agents we are both in our ‘later years’ so some would say ‘it’s never too late’ luckily we have been dealing with Dave Tinsley (a man with a lot of patience and good advice!!) who’s been brilliant 🤩 so far so good - will update you all as we move further ahead (hopefully!!) 😂

Knowledgeable about what helpful suggestions would suit me.

No stars if able. An appalling company that lacks any ethical standing. The home we were sold does not meet even the rather low NHBC standards.

When challenged they do not answer why. They simply cost shunt the failure to us.

Our garden floods within 1m of the house because of flooding from land above. They were aware of this on sale. Their answer is for us to fix with soil treatment and turf at our expense. We don’t want turf and do not see why it’s our issue to correct failure at our cost.

Why should we pay for something we do not want because of their failure to meet standards?

Land drainage is required but this awful , appalling company will not face up to their duty to customers to meet basic NHBC standards.

As advised by Linden, the then installation of Turf to flooding gardens has unfortunately not worked for our neighbours.

In addition, they have refused to change a manhole installed on a driveway which does not comply with British Standards, Building Regs or NHBC Standards.

Everything they produce is of the lowest standard. They seem to think NHBC and Building Regs is something to aspire to when in fact they are a minimum standard which this company fails to achieve.

Do not buy from them or any Vistry homes development. Appalling and morally corrupt.

The NHBC failed to identify the issues on our home. They were the Building Regs and Standards inspector. They seem to be more in the hands of the developers than the customer. Why should we trust them to address our complaint?

In addition, the new homes ombudsman is funded by the industry. Why should we trust them?

We are looking to bypass these mechanisms to go to the small claims court to personally seek answers from the managers involved as to why:

1. They have knowingly sold us a home which does not meet minimum standards.

2. Why they then cost shunt the resolution of their failure onto their customers.

AVOID THIS COMPANY.

My husband and I visited Woodland Glade in Telford at the end of February after spotting a property online, and we instantly fell in love with the site. From the moment we arrived, we started exploring other available plots and could really picture ourselves living there.
Leanne and Olivia have been incredibly helpful from the very beginning. When we first met them, they took the time to understand what we were looking for, guided us through the available plots, and kindly showed us around the show home. They’ve stayed in touch with us throughout the process, always being responsive, supportive, and informative.
Thanks to their help, we’re so excited to have now successfully reserved a plot on the site. We can’t wait for this next chapter to begin!

We had an excellent experience with Linden Homes at Quantum Fields thanks to the outstanding service from Sam and Colin. From start to finish, they were professional, approachable, and incredibly helpful, always going the extra mile to make the process smooth and stress-free. Their communication was clear and timely, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. A real credit to the team, highly recommended. We absolutely love our new home❤️

So far the people we are dealing with, Dave & Rachel are doing a great job. We are receiving all the relevant information, advice and guidance thus enabling us to make an informed decision about the property we are in the process of purchasing and soon will be calling home.

We had an outstanding experience with our house builder, Linden Homes, from start to finish. The entire process was handled with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care, which made what can often be a stressful journey feel smooth and even enjoyable Danielle in the sales office was very attentive and friendly, helping us navigate the choices of finish and the upgrades we wanted.

The quality of the home is truly exceptional. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed and executed to a very high standard, from the craftsmanship and materials used to the finishing touches that really make the house feel like a home. It’s clear that pride goes into their work, and the result is a property that not only looks fantastic but feels solid and built to last. The Site Manager, Steve, attention to detail and customer care is outstanding.

What impressed us just as much—if not more—was the level of aftercare. Even after completion, the team remained responsive, attentive, and committed to ensuring everything was perfect. Any questions or minor issues we had were addressed quickly and efficiently, with a level of service that exceeded our expectations. Scott the Director from Vistry has visited to see if we are happy and any issues, although there hasn’t been many, were resolved quickly and professionally.

Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our new home or the experience we had. We would highly recommend this builder to anyone looking for quality, reliability, and excellent customer care throughout the entire journey. We love our new home ❤️

I recently purchased a property at the Little Glen development and unfortunately my experience has been disappointing.

While the buying process initially seemed smooth, my experience around the time of key handover felt inconsistent. It appeared that different customers were being treated differently, which raised concerns for me as a buyer.

Additionally, within a very short period after completion, there were noticeable changes in how properties were being marketed at the same development. This made me question the overall fairness and transparency of the process.

I have raised these concerns directly with the company, but the response so far has not addressed the core issues.

I hope the company reviews its approach to ensure more consistent and fair treatment for all customers in the future.

Very professional and gave lots of good advice

Build terrible quality and legally undersized houses linden pairs with vistry group all same company, my house is supposed to be a 3 bed 5 person home, legally its a 2 bed 3.5 person home. Environmental health report confirms that the 3rd room is not a habitable space due to its tiny size and that the house could never fit 5 adults in the bedrooms the only way our house becomes a 3 bed is if the living room is converted into a bedroom and we live without a living room
Update reply to Marcus please send me contact information or come to my home and I can show you how the report specifically says one of the rooms can only fit a standard bed in it and no other furniture and is not fit for purpose as bedroom at the most the room can only be used by an under 10 years old. You marketed this house has having 2 double bedrooms and a full single room but even the plannin documents show this was never gonna be the case from the moment it was built.
