As the session proceed I experienced so many forms floating in front of my eyes. How and why did I allow all these entities and energies to come and live in me, no idea. Why did my aura crack and breakdown so much? No idea. Linda Makkimane came in as a saviour to stand by, lead and help heal my inner self so much. The stiffened limbs are relaxing. So much of energy exchange exchange is happening. So many are getting released for their onward journeys. Thank you Linda, thank you sooo much.

My experience I had today will be etched forever in my memory. And it was not just great, it was much more than that because I saw instant physical body changes post my session. I was surprised and happiest because I was worried about the physical discomfort I was experiencing since 2 years. But this session was a proof that every physical symptom is psychosomatic. Linda makes u feel so comfortable n throughtout the session she remains very patient, compassionate n empathetic to hold the space for u and allows u to process everything with complete ease. Just after 1 session with her, i felt better, happier.

The need to starve was over, the need to judge n criticise the food was almost over....felt confident that I can eat everything I like n enjoy in moderation with gratitude n take care of my workout, eating habits n workout n get healthier

I stopped being too rigid on myself n also felt a huge release of stress n ovewhelm over what to eat, what not to eat etc etc....it's clearer n lighter🤟💪🧿

I had been suffering with knee pains for a long time and stairs were my biggest energy. After a session with Linda, God bless her...my knee pains were gone. And I wore heels after three years. I attended the 5Day Guilt Free Eating Challenge. It was an eye opener that helped me understand my relationship with food. I even learnt to eat without feeling guilty. Linda's sessions were filled with activities, recaps and very practical real life experiences. I am grateful and happy with the choice I made of attending this challenge

Linda is an exceptional guide and coach when it comes to reaching to the root cause of issues, which affect eating patterns and eventually lead to weight gain. She has been really helpful in understanding by behavioural eating patterns and change them for long lasting effects.

Today we had an amazing session with Linda ,learning how to connect with our shadow self .This session was an eye opener because even though we hear about our shadows we do not how to deal with them or clear them ,today Linda helped us to know n recognize our shadows and get them out of our system .

I was grappling with a lot of emotional issues especially after facing the loss of people extremely dear to me. The ensuing anxiety and depression from the loss was draining me of all energy and emotional blocks prevented me from tapping into my own resources. The picture ahead seemed grim and that is when Linda held my hand and led me from the greys of my situation to a hopeful and brighter world.
Equipping me with skills to resolved inner conflicts and trapped potential she enabled me to achieve some major goals in relationships and also goals of the material kind. I was finally able to see & believe that I was capable of buying a house which had always been a cherished dream. I definitely felt more productive and whole. Linda has been the lighthouse for me. And I am ever so grateful to her.
