This program works to relieve chronic pain and for me I was at the point where medication didn’t help. I loved getting to choose my coach and when I could schedule my sessions. Instructions were easy to follow. And I could leave messages with my coach as needed with fairly quick responses.

I've had a great experience with this program. My coach meets with me regularly, and despite being new to this approach, I've seen real results—my pain has significantly decreased in just a month. I'm so impressed I've started recommending it to friends.

I absolutely love my therapist. Aaron somehow makes my pain go away. I am trying to learn what he is teaching me. It isn't always easy. I have a few sticky notes at my home and at work. I am grateful that my Pain Clinic and DR Adler suggested I try Lin Health and that they help pay for my sessions. I lost my son last August and my mom last February. My neuropathy was feeling alittle better with medication but with Aarons' help, it has decreased and I am taking a smaller dose.

Understanding the link between the mind and the physical pain has been a game changer. I find myself thinking more logically about how to become more comfortable as well as allowing my mind to not increase the pain due to the anxiety and or stress over having the pain.

My coach is very patient, kind, and understanding. She is thorough teaching the self soothing exercises and has made easier for me to apply everyday.
