As previously stated by other reviewers, it is one big scam that you have to return your very poor quality goods to China.
The company looks very professional and has an Irish address but I would not touch any of there stuff ever again.

I share the same experience as others here..Looks a nice website!! It's design is same/similar to a company called CharleSmith..[Probably the same scammers! also has a Co Wexford office]. They take your money and send you s..t! Minus 5 stars really..DON'T DO IT.

I just received a pair of fur lined ankle boots I saw advertised online. I was charged €60. They are nothing like what was represented on the ad. They are the most appalling plastic rubbish I have ever seen. I would advise people not to order from Limise. I thought I was ordering from a reputable company in Wexford but instead the product came from China.
Also the order was delayed and I got some ridiculous excuse about them being sent to the wrong processing address.
The least I could give this item was one star but if I had the choice I would give them a minus.
Inferior product and misrepresented in the advertisement.
Do not buy anything it's registered Ireland but all returns have to be sent to China.

Its an Irish company and should follow Irish law apply for charge back from ur bank or paypal whichever u used don't let them away with it. This is the route we are taking.
I bought a jacket and it was very poor quality. When I went to return, I was asked to return to China. It is advertised as an Irish company based in Wexford.
Had to raise a chargeback as emails not being answered. 1 star is far too much for my experience of this company. They don't seem to know Irish Consumer law.
Update to my review offering a 50% refund and no need to return. I don't think they get the fact the item is not worth 50% of what I paid for it.

Be very careful with returns
I ordered a €59.95 coat from Limise because the website presents the company as being based in Ireland, with an address in Co. Wexford.
Unfortunately, the coat didn't fit, so I contacted customer service to arrange a return. I was then given a return address in Shenzhen, China, and told that I would have to pay the international return postage myself.
I asked whether I could return it to the Irish address shown on their website, but was told that this is only a registered business address and cannot accept returns. They confirmed that there is no Irish or EU returns facility.
The returns policy says that the customer pays return postage, but I couldn't find anything stating before purchase that returns would have to be sent to China.
Given the cost of returning a €59.95 coat internationally, I decided it wasn't financially worthwhile and will be donating the coat instead.
My advice: check the return address and potential return postage costs before ordering. The fact that the company appears Irish-facing did not make it clear to me that returns would have to go to China.
My experience with Limise.com was generally fine. Ordering was easy and the website gave enough details about the product.
Shipping was slower than expected, but the package arrived in good condition. The product matched the description and met my expectations.
Customer service response was not immediate, but I did receive a helpful reply. Overall, I am reasonably satisfied.
