I have used limevpn for several years now, I tend to just use L2TP/ipsec which I use on my phone, router, and PC.
very easy to setup, pretty good speeds, very rarely have any problems with it.
I should add, really can't beat it on price.

The VPN works on all the devices that I have including my Android TV. They have good servers for torrenting also, although it is limited to Pro accounts only

These people took my money an said I would have my services with 48 hours and 5 days later I still didn't have anything delivered. I asked for a refund and they said no that I needed to cooperate with them. I am still waiting 8 days later for a refund.
