I can highly recommend (and I don’t do that lightly!)
Thanks to Amanda and the team

Once again we had wonderful service from the lovely staff at Lime Modern Living. They are highly professional and always ready to quickly resolve any issues. We would happily use this company again.

Very helpful when buying remotely and delivered in a very timely mannor

Seamless experience from online order to the delivery. Will use again in the future.

Excellent well made bar stools. Quality materials and very comfortable. Advised to allow 10 weeks for delivery but received after 7 weeks. Lime Modern Living kept me well informed and they delivered using their own people (not DPD or Hermes etc) which was a plus

Good communication
Punctual and reliable
Delivery staff were very polite and experienced

Excellent range of good quality products with outstanding customer service and keen prices. We bought a set of bar stools and a garden table with chairs and are delighted with our purchases.

Outstanding customer service from initial phone call through to final delivery and installation. I had tried for a long time to find a specific replacement table top and Lime took the time to consult with their suppliers, locate the item and then supply, deliver and install (despite me living at the other end of the country). Highly recommended.

Such excellent customer service, I will always buy any high end furniture from lime. Their communication is excellent, they have their own delivery service, which comes on time and delivered with care.
I can't praise them enough

Really helpful lady in the showroom - was very quick and easy to place an order and then installation team were brilliant. Thoroughly recommend this shop!

Great range of amazing products to choose from, easy-to-configure preferred options, accurate and timely delivery information, and superb quality of service from the delivery team.

Delivery on time. Courteous driver / delivery man. Took all the packaging away.
I had arranged for the old chairs to be taken away too but the driver didn’t know about it. However, he did take them away - thankfully.
On the whole, pleased!

My new coffee table is lovely, it was ordered over the telephone, it is well made and well worth waiting for. The lady that dealt with my order was very helpful. I have to say as this was my second order with Lime Modern, I am impressed, its a great company.

I had been expecting to wait for 5 weeks for the delivery of my Outdoors , Cane-Line Sofa Cover, but had a Lovely Surprise when it was delivered in just 12 days!

Great customer service, I just cannot recommend them highly enough. Nothing was too much to ask. Any questions we had we received very quick responses on. Also very happy with the item we bought!

Excellent help in the showroom and the delivery of the ordered goods was superb with all rubbish cleared.

We received a faulty mirror from Italia, although it was a lenghly wait for a replacement, Peter ‘s customer service has always been excellent, keeping us in touch on the progress .
Always great shopping from this store.

Delivered by two very pleasant and helpful gents who took time to put the table together and explain how it worked also advised on how two dismantled it when we move also suggested that the company may be able to help with this then had a call from Peter who confirmed they were willing to help when needed altogether a great service
