I ordered 3 dresses, returned 2 of them, I had a 10% discount and free shipping and site states free returns on orders over $100 which mine was! So to be sure I understood the policy I called to speak with them and I was reassured a free return as long as it was post marked in 3 days otherwise store credit would the alternative after that....I was offered a shipping label...mind you we discussed FREE returns...and never once was it mentioned I would be charged $6.95 for this label...so now I have one dress less than great quality dress but I was in a bind for a trip so I settled, so this low quality dress ended up costing me over $50, I called and tried to explain that I had called to get better clarification on the return policy and what was discussed and or omitted out the conversation about being charged for my “free return” and they basically just kept saying the website says so even though my call was to get better understanding, I just got mislead...so I guess the $6.95 was worth losing business and this negative review and hopefully everyone else be warned of this overly confusing policy so they get to keep as much of your money as possible for their just OK clothing in my opinion...As well as I could of shipped it for less myself had I known I was going to be charged for a label....very irritating...this store has loyalty to their customers....

I agree with the Canadian on here although I was able to see how much my shipping would be a d didn't pay
..60 for the cheapest to canada..insane..nothing they can do they say..Oh they did lower it I'm mistaken for me but 60 I'm sorry will refuse to pay..such a disappointment in how they treat Canadian customers.

I purchased over $100 worth of clothing from this online boutique. One striped cardigan had different length arms and the stripes were misaligned. The materials are very cheap. When I tried to return my items, they told me that I could only get store credit. So, I just used that to get more crappy clothes that sit in my closet...

I found this company on an Facebook AD. I checked out their website and fell in love immediately. I purchased 4 tops that cost me around $170. I was little shocked by the prices till I received my tops in the mail. The quality of the clothing is 100%. Worth every penny. I will be buying again. So glad I came across this website.

BEWARE CANADIAN SHOPPERS!!!!!! This has been the worst shopping experience I have ever had!!!! First of all they charged me $80.00 for shipping to Canada. I didn't realize how much it was until after I had paid. The clothing I ordered (a total of $293.91) was terrible. When I went to return the clothing it told me I couldn't because they were a final sale and couldn't be returned. So I am out $373.91!!! I do a lot of online shopping and usually have a great experience and have never been as unhappy as I am now. I will never ever shop from here again!!! Absolute worst return policy.

Great Company! Ordered many items, 3 sweaters, 3 shirts and a dress from lime lush. Everything was great quality and looked exactly like the pictures. I ordered a medium, I probably could have went with a small. The clothes are wrapped nicely. My favorite online store by far!

Ordered from them a handful of times now and always loved everything! Ships from US, nothing sketchy, and good quality. I wish there was larger sizes and that you had more than 3 days to ship back return for refund (you have more time for store credit but I prefer refund). Everything is super cute and I’m excited to see how they grow!

I bought dresses, rompers, and pants, and for the price they are very poor quality. When I tried to return them, there was a mix up with the shipping labels, and the company has now told me I'm out of luck on over $100 worth of merchandise! I now have to call the post office personally to try to locate the package. This would have never happened with Lulus, just go there and save yourself the hassle.

I was very hesitant due to the various reviews and being "taken" in the past. I ordered 4 items and received them within the week. Good condition and overall please. Cute and unique styles.

They are my new favorite online clothing boutique! There are so many different styles and they usually have all sizes available. If it’s not available, you can sign up to be notified when it becomes available. I’ve done this and it works great. They are absolutely great and if you don’t care for what you purchased for any reason, you can return within 3 days or exchange for credit. Their customer service is the absolute best! They will make it right if anything happens. They want you to be happy and they are more than fair. Love them!!

Each item has it's own size chart and not just a generalized size chart which is incredibly helpful when ordering online. The quality of the items I have received has been good. I have also made a return with them and it was seamless with a full refund. Their customer service was also a delight and quickly solved my problem. I would highly recommend.
