The Good and Bad of Valentine's Day Flowers
The flowers were gorgeous by died very quickly compared to last time. There was no flower food included and since they didn't deliver them earlier in the day I was going out and picked them up. The card was also very difficult to read for a 300 dollar bouquet. It was Valentine's day and they did return the delivery fee and I picked them up while my 10:00 am to 7:00 pm window had not expired. I would pay more attention to detail at this price point.

Flower food is not included unless requested, and an instruction card was included with your order. For delivery timing, especially on busy days like Valentine’s Day, we kindly ask that early delivery requests be made in advance. Have a good day!

Don't order over the phone. Wish we could post a picture of the bouquet we received for $150.00. Costco's 24.95 is better. Old roses and droopy flowers. Felt ripped off. When I called to discuss the value Lilly was rude and condescending .

I was very disappointed I ordered a beautiful bouquet but no vase I was so in barest I was given the flower with a black bucket. They spilt all over the house. I’ve done business with you guys numerous times and I don’t think I will ever use you guys again.
