Ich habe mehrmals versucht, mich vom Newsletter abzumelden, aber sie senden trotzdem weiterhin E-Mails.
Eine funktionierende Abmeldung ist gesetzlich vorgeschrieben ist.
Das ist unprofessionell und nicht vertrauenswürdig. Bestellt dort nicht!

Die Website verspricht hervorragende Qualität und ist gut aufgebaut. Leider ziemlich sicher ein Scam aus China. Größe 38 bestellt, viel zu groß ( entspricht eher 40/42), die Farbe ist nicht wie abgebildet, die Nähte unsauber verarbeitet. Es gibt mehrere Trustpilot Seiten mit besseren Bewertungen, kann ich mir nicht erklären.

Die von mir bestellte Bluse kann nicht retouniert werden nach Anfrage - tut euch selbst einen Gefallen und kauft dort nicht.

Ich würde in jedem Fall von einem Kauf bei Lillysilk abraten. Die Produkte sind letzen Endes überteuert, werden in China hergestellt, aus China geliefert mit den entsprechend langen Lieferzeiten und Retouren gestalten sich einfach zu kompliziert. Die von mir bestellte Kaschmirjacke aus gebürstetem Kaschmir ist qualitativ nicht hochwertig, von einem gebürsteten Effekt sieht man nichts.

Het lukte niet een artikel te retourneren, meerdere keren gemaild en kreeg alleen een Engelstalig standaard antwoord terug. Gek genoeg ook een mail om het bedrijf te beoordelen. Je raadt het al, onvoldoende qua klantenservice. De trui heb ik dus niet kunnenretourneren

I like their products but find it annoying that any correspondence with them at all, requires them sending a request for feedback and rating about the service rendered. They should have more trust in their employees than requiring their customers be rating them all the time.

I love Lillysilk, the silk Pyjamas are excellent, recently I tried their knitwear too, the quality is nice and the prices as well especially if you get some discount code.
Also, their customer service is very responsive, professional, and helpful, I was surprised by their efficiency.

Comprei uns calções que tive de trocar por questão de tamanho. Recebi a nova encomenda e verifico que os calções estão mal confeccionados. O comprimento dos mesmos é bastante irregular, o que faz com que o seu caimento não seja perfeito. Eu sei que nestes casos a Lilly Silk paga o frete de volta, mas não estou disposta a ter os calções somente no inverno. E também é uma coisa que qualquer costureira resolve. A questão é que o valor das peças duplicou e a qualidade de confecção das mesmas piorou bastante. Até mesmo a qualidade da seda piorou. Já comprei muito na Lilly Silk e reparo que a qualidade atual não é igual há de uns anos atrás. Completamente decepcionada. Para esta qualidade , compro no AliExpress.

Sent wrong size and garment was shoddy, don't waste your money. Now trying to get money back and return dress. They have not responded to my complaint at all.

I purchased a king size silk duvet at at cost of £230.00 in February 2022 for a guest room bed. Its been washed three times at the most in accordance with washing instructions and washed with other silk items.
The cover is now bobbly, frayed and looks very poor quality. I have sent pictures to lily silk and they have offered me £20.00 off another purchase ! or suggesting I used a blade to remove the bobbles !!!

Do not use this company the items are not even silk !!!
