Super service en mooie sieraden!
Bijzonder mooie sieraden binnen gekregen. Super mooi verpakt ook. Draag het dagelijks en ook onder de douche. Geen verkleuringen en het blijft mooi. Contact met klantenservice was uitzonderlijk. Mijn pakketje kwam door een storing later binnen. Ze hebben direct een nieuwe order aangemaakt en daardoor kreeg ik per ongeluk mijn bestelling twee keer. Ik wilde het terugsturen, maar ik mocht het houden vanwege de vertraagde levering waar ze zelf niks aan konden doen. Super!!!

Amazing Communication & PR
The PR is amazing and very fast in responding. I had a problem regarging the sizes of the rings and they offered me a super quick and painless solution. I'm super satisfied with the whole experience! This was my second time purchasing at Lilly's and I will come back again for sure! :)

The delivery never arrived
Update: in the meantime Lillys reached out to me and offered to reship. Communication was friedly, easy and helpful. My order arrived now and I am happy with the products. While to experience was tainted overall, the team at Lillys did their best to help, which is appreciated!

The delivery never arrived. I am very disappointed. Lillys Amsterdam chose GLS for delivery and GLS does not offer help with finding the package, Lillys Amsterdam never contacted me (in case the delivery was returned to sender?).

Damaged ring, offered a replacement ring
I had trouble with my order as one of the rings had been delivered damaged. I emailed Lillys Amsterdam customer service explaining the situation. Junaise was quick with a response understanding what had happened and offered me a replacement ring.
Customer service was so great and there was no hassle throughout the whole process. Will definitely buy from them again!

Great customer service
Great customer service. My package got lost during transport and I emailed customer service. I got an answer a few hours after I sent it and they sent me a new package asap. Received it within the times for Canadian shipping. Packaged beautifully, the earrings are beautiful.
