Unprofessional team. They change employees every 2-3 months. I have been renting for 2 years with them and their whole team is unprofessional. Service is always late & slow.

Avoid at all cost manger is poor at communication it is infested with flies they don’t respond or listen my stay with them was awful hated it

I had a very disappointing experience with Like Home by Dar Al Zain Vacation Homes Rental L.L.C.

After checking out, they deducted several charges from my security deposit that I believe were unfair. Some of the items they charged for were either pre-existing or not caused by me. Despite providing explanations and trying to resolve the issue directly, I was unable to reach a fair solution.

Communication was frustrating, and getting my remaining deposit back became a long and stressful process. Because of this experience, I had to file a complaint with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company. I strongly advise future tenants to thoroughly document the condition of the property with photos and videos before moving in and after check-out, and to carefully review all deposit deductions.

I've never seen a company with such bad reviews. You should consider doing something else, or perhaps not working at all if this is how you treat people. Just read all the reviews. Unavailable!

I was renting a short term property from this agency for nearly 9 months. I do not recommend them to anyone. They are the typical example of bad agency and they will rip you off. Rude agents, bad customer support. I paid over 100k aed in rent to them over 9 months and to this date they are the worst agency i have worked with ever. I wish them nothing but worst in their business and life. These type of companies should be destroyed with shareholders losing everything in order for others to take an example and do better. I worked with different agents during my stay and each one was worst than the last.

Very disappointing experience. This was the first time in Dubai that we faced such a serious mold problem in a rented flat despite having lived here for the past 4 years and living in 6 different flats. The mold was not limited to one area — it appeared in the bathroom, AC, fridge, wardrobe, washing machine. We reported it several times, tried to deal with it ourselves, did mold tests but the company’s response was minimal and not enough to solve the problem that remained until our last day there

Instead of allowing us to end the contract early, we were only offered a different apartment at an extra cost. We also had belongings damaged and had to throw away some clothes with no compensation offered. Overall this caused a huge amount of stress and was handled very poorly. I was also very concerned to see changes in my health (inc blood & urine results) during this period which made the situation even more alarming. I would strongly advise others to be careful

I would NEVER recommend Like Home /Dar Al Zain Vacation Home based on my personal experience.

Communication was inconsistent and unprofessional, and became significantly worse when I attempted to terminate my contract due to serious pest infestation (including cockroaches and maggots) in the building and my apartment. Despite submitting clear evidence and following up repeatedly, no action was taken.

They eventually entered my apartment without prior notice or my presence for pest control, a clear breach of basic tenant rights. When I was no longer able to find a solution through email or WhatsApp, I went in person to their office. The General Manager treated me with clear disrespect, and again, nothing was resolved.

To date, I still have no written response to my termination e-mail, and no justification has been provided for withholding my security deposit. I have offered to return the parking card and complete the process properly, yet there has been no accountability or follow-through.

Tenants should be extremely cautious; document everything, demand confirmations in writing, and be aware that this agency does not appear to follow fair practice when it comes to hygiene issues, legal notice, or refunds.

Do NOT rent from this agency.

If there was an option I'd put in all the footage.

Stay far far away leasing through this agency like home by dar al Zain - they will try to charge extortionate fees which are illegal.

I have contacted my lawyer and advise anyone else to do that same-
who’s deposit was not refunded or got charged extortion fees from what is legal or are being charged fees on renewals.

RDC is your support report them do not allow them to get away with how they are treating you and taking you money.

This is the only way agencies like this will not continue to get away with their illegal dealings.

I stayed here, everythings whas ok at first except the rooms not being 100%. When I left I cleaned everything , did not leave anything behind. We are a month further, and they still dont wanna give me my security Deposit money back. This place is not fair!!

Forget about your deposit. They will never pay it back

So difficult to move in! Security wouldn’t allow us to move in our clothes and kitchen food! Parking barrier opened at first then wouldn’t and each time we had to go into reception to prove we lived here! Despite paying a lot of money to move here! Terrible service, rude and very unprofessional security staff….go anywhere else but here

Scammers steals Security deposit and doesn’t answer back- avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. From the point of moving in, countless problems. Apartment a bit shabby. Gas didn't work. No access card for the building so locked out repeatedly. All annoying. What is basically fraud though is when they didn't pass back security deposit inventing a load of 'issues' with the apartment which were already there.
