Was very pleased with two lamps, quality and choice. The ceiling light was only assembled today but unfortunately a slight mark on the glass underneath that is noticeable when light turned on. Other than this slight flaw we are very pleased and delivery notifications were very good too. Our second order with Company.

Too way too long to deliver, went 9 days over due date. Had to contact the company to know where it was. Umage branch light 1.5m is perfect but the brass on it is a bit tacky, obvs just painted on , a bit cheap looking for the price of it.

Lights.ie informed me that the lamp I had ordered was out of stock.
Once it was back in stock the company contacted me regarding delivery dates.
The lamp was delivered as promised

I was very impressed with the ease of selection and purchase of the item. The description of item was well documented. Quality was excellent and delivery was timely.

Sadly, the items were not delivered, though eagerly awaited. Informed by email they are being returned though eagerly awaited by this architect.

When I purchased the pendant the estimated delivery time was 5 to 7 business days, but it took 17 business days. No one contacted us to inform us about the delay—I was the one who emailed asking what was going on. The store only replied that there had been a delay and that the carrier would deliver it by the end of the week. They didn’t. Over the weekend, the carrier called to say it would be delivered the following Monday.

Finally, the lamp arrived. It was very well packaged. However, we were surprised by the lack of parts needed to install it on the ceiling. For a lamp at this price, not including everything necessary for installation feels like a joke. In the end, we improvised and managed to install it.

Once it was in place, we noticed that it hangs crooked. It was welded crooked! In other words, it’s an expensive lamp—very beautiful, yes—but crooked. I don’t know how to fix this, and I also don’t have the energy to request an exchange, given how incredibly long the company took to deliver the order.

All in all, the lamp is quite nice, but I’m not sure it’s worth the price or the stress of the purchase. I would really appreciate it if the company addressed this situation.
