Great customer service and quality products

This is the second time I buy the lamps for my houses with Lampenwelt GmbH in the Irish version (Lights.ie) and an additional one with Lampara.es (Spanish company)

When it comes to this last Irish order, one of the lamp's shades came broken. When I reached out to the customer support team, they offered basically either a refund (once you send the lamp back to them) or a replacement of the broken one, placing a new order and returning the broken one.

None of them worked for me as either you have to pay in advance for a new lamp or wait a few days/weeks until they received the lamp and then get the refund to buy a new one. So basically you, as a customer, taking care of all the delivery process back to them and/or anticipating money and waiting for a refund. On top of that, I already paid the handyman who hung the lamp so that will mean paying him again. I have to say that It was my fault as I didnt check each and every one of the lamp shades before the installation.

I finally proposed them a half way solution involving buying a smaller lamp from the same collection not to pay too much money in advance and they werent even able to cover for the total amount of the delivery cost, only providing a % discount code that did not fully cover the delivery cost of the new lamp.

Summarizing, It is not easy to deal with them when it comes to return faulty items. As a customer, you are frustrated because of it and you are looking for ways that quickly solve your problem and that, unfortunately, you cant find it with their customer support team.

I bought a lampshade Nov 2025 for 22 euros. the same one in Jan 2026 was 69 euros. No explanation, no sale prices just a 250% price increase. I needed a second to match so had no choice. will not purchase from them again

Purchase went without any problems. Ordered Four replacement fluorescent tubes. Got delivery a day earlier. Fitted the tubes Worked perfectly. Job done.

The order arrived well packed, all the lights came intact. One item was not in stock so it didn't come originally, I contacted customer service and they were very polite and provided me the info I needed. Everything arrived now and I'm very happy with my purchase and service.

So far response has been immediate, with excellent support service and no quibble replacement.. l made a suggestion regarding packaging and had an immediate positive response. Could recommend them on that alone.

I purchased unique products, also high quality, well packaged, all details were thought out and everything arrived on time.

the light came with a 2 pin plug and adaptor. but the fixture to convert the 2 pin to a 3 pin plus did not fit he plug so I have to go buy one.

4 of my 13 lights did not arrive and I'm now waiting on them and they might not arrive on time for me to open up my cafe.

When I informed you the lights were missing I had to go through an extra step to fill in a form etc. It was not my fault and I was under time pressure so the extra form was very inconvenient.
