Really beautiful hand blown glass shade and light. Very well packaged and promptly dispatched. A totally hassle free experiance, which I would recommend.

Light was lovely but took a long time to get it

I made a mistake in my online order and put the wrong delivery address. The matter was resolved very promptly. Delivery very fast.

brilliant customer service, very helpful. The light is beautiful and v good quality.

Well made and good looking lamp.
Three brightness settings are good, but the addition of automatic on/off would make it perfect

A great company with an exceptional customer service. Trudy from the customer service was very helpful.

Easy to use website. Competitive prices. Quick delivery.

Beautiful lights. Super fast delivery. Very happy

Fast delivery beautifully packaged and shade as good as it looks in the pictures

The lampshades are beautiful, and were delivered very promptly. But it wasn't clear from the website what size the fixings were and I had to find an adjustment fixing to attach them to my lights.

Good quality product....as described. Prompt delivery

Lovely product which I'm really pleased with and quick and helpful response to email question.
Delivery within couple of days and really well packaged lampshade.
The shade is great and beautifully made.
Only reason not to give five stars was that there wasn't a reducing ring which would allow the shade to be fitted to my ceiling cable which meant I had to purchase one elsewhere.
A small thing but would have been a thoughtful
and inexpensive addition to include as my fitting probably very common in UK.
Also internal parts of the shade were the material was glued were very slightly tacky from I think just having been made. Nothing lasting though and the lamp does indeed give a really lovely warm glow. It is very beautiful.

Arrived beautifully packaged, on time and much better value than other top class retailers. Excellent service and quality.

Parts of a light I came were faulty but I received a quick replacement on a beautiful item at an excellent price. Exceptional customer service and product! Really really happy with my light!

This is my first purchase but it certainly won’t be my last. The product range is great. The prices are better than anywhere I have found and the service is superb. I asked a question online. It was answered immediately. Delivery was within 24 hours. Free. I cannot fault anything. 10/10

great light, much cheaper than elsewhere
