I had quick response but the rep who communicated with me was unable to come up with a definitive solution. So I’m still not comfortable with engraving two expensive hydro flask tumblers without knowing specifically what settings I should use. So I’m giving a review quantification of 3.

Nadat ik de hulp van het team heb gehad voor de installatie van Lightburn kwam er snel het volgende probleem bij. Mijn Pc die klaagde maar steeds wat over virussen die eigenlijk nep virussen zijn geweest.
Als je vragen of problemen hebt mag je altijd ons om hulp vragen.
Dus dat heb ik gedaan de 2 hulplijn aan gevraagd. En in no time was ik weer met het (reddingsteam) verbonden. Eindresultaat alles opgelost en draait weer als een zonnetje. Die bedrijf is een echte aanrader wat betreft in de software en echte schouder klopje voor die jongens TOP

The software is very good and exceeded my expectations. It is practically an all-in-one program, and that is because I still have a lot to learn to enjoy what the program has to offer. The customer service and support team are very good and quick in responding. Congratulations to the developers.

After figuring out the basics, and getting my Omtech laser set up its very easy to use and get images to engrave. If you are a beginner dont monkey around with the serttings until you fully understand what they do. The how to guides are simple and easy to follow.

Now to figure out the more advanced settings and make my own images.

I'm too late for their support review request - I was too slow in replying to a support review which is now closed! Support was prompt and courteous.

I've received the camera and mount today. Shipping and delivery was very fast. Just need to mount and test the camera.

Ben zeer tevreden met lightburn15.0 maar als ik en updates doe dan blokkeert mijn laserik werk nu versie 15.0 en die werk goed voor mij

Contacted tech support 4 times, they don't know how to read and they don't care.

I need my license number. It was easy to get it emailed to me. The support people were great and did a follow up when I accidently requested it twice even. The response to my request was answered within hours. Great software product.

The support service is working great! But that's not the point!
I bought the LightBurn program, connected it, and the next day I found out that it was blocked for me, saying that I have a Russian IP address. I am an Israeli citizen, I paid with an Israeli card and received permission for an Israeli company's phone number, but they refused to even extend the trial version for at least 3 days! Before that, I was perfectly using the trial version while in Russia and no one blocked me, although they saw that I was in Russia!!!They just stupidly blocked and refunded the money and did not respond to my requests to turn on the trial version for at least a couple of days because I had an unfinished project for children!

I love light burn, I would be completely lost without it.
My laser works perfectly with it.
Like with anything takes time to learn I watched YouTube.
But I have managed to picked it up easily ☺️

I planned to buy this software. What I really do not understand, is they calculate strange prices according adresses and most worse, I want to pay in USD, but they think, if I come from czech, I need to pay in czech crones.
What if I just have enough USD to pay in? I am always hating somebody thinks, he makes better conversion for me as I can do self.

С LightBurn самая отличная программа но как не грустно но приходиться расстаться хотелось больше набраться опыта много чего еще не успел попробовать жаль что закончились бесплатные активации Спасибо разработчикам за такую программу что дали шанс маленько что то сделать и опробовать мой станок
