I've used this software for about four years now and it's the best on the market. I had an unfortunate hard drive error and couldn't find my key to use the software. I contacted customer support and everything I needed to reinstall it was sent within the hour. Thank you Lightburn

I've tried to explain what I need as simply as possible. Lightburn is very easy to use, but I need more time to use it because the results I've gotten haven't met my expectations.

The software is great, never had an issue, using it over 2 years now.
The customer support is amazing, contacted them for second PC serial on a Sunday and they replied within a minutes.

Trying to get v2.02 to work without success. When moving the laser, it won't go in a straight line, but goes diagonal.
Customer service says they are working on a few "bugs". This is several weeks since the release.
Maybe they should have better testing before releasing.
I have a Fox Alien Masuter Pro, which is a pretty common laser.
Not happy at all with their lame response.

The software at its core is pretty good. The support is absolutely TRASH.. they will not respond on average for 3 days.. there is no live chat or phone support even for paid customers. Every issues ive had just cost me expensive materials and time as a result and every solution thus far has has only caused a new issue! There is no accountability for this, they will straight up ignore any questions about their lack of support or canceling order. I will be filing a complaint with MasterCard monday morning.
UPDATE: After writing this review they Did respond in less then 24hrs (unlike almost every other time). They did issue a refund, i assume so that they dont deal with chargebacks. There is literally No Response to how the issues They Created in the software has COST ME Expensive Materials! I understand the need to prevent piracy l, but something is wrong when your software INTENTIONALLY DESTROYS PROPERTY, ESPECIALLY THAT OF A PAID CUSTOMER!! I do not recommend this software and if you have an offline cnc style machine Do Not Even Test it!!

Estaba trabajando con rdworks y puse de prueba LightBurn sin duda es un programa genial, contacte con ellos y muy rápidos en la respuesta.
La pena es que preguntaba si tendrían el software para un solo ordenador porque en realidad solo uso uno y no tienen esa opción, una pena que no tengan eso.
Por lo demás muy bien.
Recomiendo el software.

No me resolvieron el problema mande mi numero de serie y mi comprobante de compra emitido por LightBurn y me indican que el numero de seri es erronio+

Ich hatte Probleme mit meinem PC in Sachen LightBurn, Kundenservice eine Mail geschrieben, das Probleme erklärt.
Der Kundenservice hat sich sehr schnell gemeldet und mein Problem war Geschichte, der Kundenservice konnte perfekt helfen und nun Funktioniert alles wie erwartet zu 100 % und möchte den Kundenservice noch mal vielen lieben Dank sagen. Das ist für mich Kundenservice kompetent und Hilfsbereit.

Had a problem with the latest issue I emailed lightburn and got a detailed description of how to put it right ,but not being in to computer's , except for using it to work my laser I managed to get it going ,but when I switched it on later it had the same problem,I informed lightburn and they emailed me an idiot proof way which I could understand, just like to thank them for there help and patience Ray Smith.

Honestamente soy nuevo en esto del corte laser y el programa es muy bueno, pude diseñar varios archivos en el mismo programa y es un excelente programa 5 estrellas.
ademas que tuvieron la disposicion de darme un par de semanas extras de prueba del programa fuera del plazo cumplido
