Doesn’t fit properly

The treadmill cover we ordered doesn’t fit properly, even though we measured it to match the recommended size. It needs to be a bit longer and higher so that the cover can adequately be drawn with the drawstring to secure it over the front motor section.
We will need to get another one custom made now that fits properly.

Thank you for the feedback and sorry to hear about this issue. This treadmill cover is specifically designed and measured to be compatible with our non foldable treadmills like the Marathon and Tempest. If the treadmill is from a different brand, it may not guarantee full coverage despite the measurement as the design and shape of a treadmill from different brands vary.

Good end to end experience with Lifespan…

Great communication from Lifespan throughout my purchase and collection.
The item was on backorder and I felt looked after at each step of the purchase and receipt of the item.
I self-collected from their Wetherill Park warehouse and this was made very easy and efficiently. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The product is fantastic, easy to assemble (with assistance) and works so well. The cross trainer is easy to use and sturdy, as if it was commercial grade, fit for a gym. Super convenient the folding mechanism as it's stored in a small room woth kids accessing it daily.
Love it and can't wait to use it more.

Pilates Exercise Bench

Collected Pilates bench with no concerns with very helpful staff loading it on the trailer. Easy to unpack and instructions were easy to follow. A minor issue with the oil bottle leaking with the leakage contained within the zip lock bag and two plastic washers were missing. Thankfully we had some plastic washers in the workshop as an alternative.
