Excellent customer service and trustworthy company
I ordered a peptide from Peptology and, unfortunately, my first package was tampered with during international shipping. Katie from their team handled the situation exceptionally — she responded quickly, was very understanding, and immediately arranged a replacement order and also gave me a gift.
The second package arrived safely, and everything was exactly as described. Their customer service was outstanding, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers.
Highly recommend Peptology for both product quality and professionalism.

Si eres de España NO COMPRES
Soy de España. A pesar de haber preguntado antes de comprar (me aseguraron que no habría problemas de aduanas) el paquete fue retenido y, al no cumplir con la normativa farmacológica (ausencia de CE y propósitos experimentales) NO fue autorizado para su importación, siendo destruida. He perdido 400€ entre el pedido y las gestiones en aduana (agente, trámite y liquidación). Si eres de España NO compres en esta página. Hay otras webs en la Unión Europea que suministran productos de calidad y, al ser enviados desde espacios intracomunitarios, están exentos de aduanas y declaraciones. Llegan a tu casa sin problema con un servicio puerta a puerta. Polonia u Holanda son dos buenas opciones.

Please stop spreading incorrect information online about our company. This is unfair and unwarranted.
Your order was correctly labelled and accompanied by all relevant certificates, as with all of our products. We ship to Spain daily without any issues. However, we were informed that your parcel was returned because you refused to pay the customs tax invoice.
Instead of contacting us to clarify the situation, you chose to leave a negative review. The order you placed was approximately €100, not €400 (please see the attached screenshot for reference: (https://peptiology.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/IMG_4019.jpg).
