I bought the Life Postpartum package for my partner after our first baby was born, and she loved it. As a male, it often felt like there was very little I could do to really support in the early days after the birth, so it was nice to be able to give her something that she found useful.

A genuinely thoughtful gift I didn’t know I needed

My sister sent me the Life.Postpartum gift package after I had my baby, and it honestly felt like a little care parcel of love. The nutritionist-developed granola and the spice blend were not just delicious, but made me feel like someone had really thought about how to support my recovery.

The book on matrescence was such an eye-opener. I’d never even heard the word before, but reading it helped me make sense of everything I was feeling. It is so useful having access to expert content and recipes tailored to postpartum recovery on hand as I know im supporting my body the best way I can.

It wasn’t something I’d have thought to buy for myself, but I’m so glad she did. It made me feel seen and supported!

Love the simple recipes and nutritionist advice - they helped me feel well nourished to feed my baby and get through the day when I was so tired.

My favourite was the personalised recovery action plans that change depending on what stage of postpartum you're in to make sure you're getting the right help at the right time. The access to expert advice was super handy, especially with all those questions I had, even though it was 2nd time round for me!

Amazing to see a Mum centric support service- everything is normally geared to baby which is of course important but care for mothers is sorely lacking
