You won’t get any after sales service when you call customer care they will only ask to call next and service guy will come soon but even after multiple weeks no one will come customer service will say yo can take action

If you'll purchase lifelong product, you'll regret as they have one of the worst aftersale service in whole world.

It's good to have a lifelong company, but even the customer service executives do their best. However, their seniors and service partner teams don't take anything seriously and leave everything to the executives....
Electronic devices are products that will inevitably break down at some point, but no matter how much the executive does their best, these service partners and seniors don't let them live properly.... And one more thing, the executives on the front line channel also get an earful from people just because they haven't
contacted the backend team... So this is wrong. If a problem doesn't get a solution in one go, or even in two, then the senior should insist on taking the call, but it's not right to reprimand the front line channel.

I bought treadmill for ₹16,000. It has been almost a year , and the motor is already damaged. Now they are asking ₹13,000 for motor repair. This is almost the price of the treadmill.

Very poor quality and bad brand. No value for money. I strongly urge people not to buy this treadmill.I am regretting buying this one

Worst after sales service I have ever seen in my life, They couldn't solve my 40 days old issue till today and calling me every alternative day asking if issue is resolved or not, You have to resolve my issue you should know if it is resolved or not.

I purchased a Lifelong mixer grinder from Retail Sparx at Lifestyle Metropolis Mall, which came with a one-year warranty card. I used it barely ten times, and within just two months, the small jar stopped working and damaged the motor coupler. When I contacted customer service, they confirmed the product was under warranty and assured me of service. However, despite multiple complaints, I received neither support nor a replacement. The entire experience was frustrating and a complete waste of time. Based on this, I strongly advise against buying Lifelong products — the service is unreliable, and the product quality is disappointing.This was one of the wrost service experience I've had.

The customer experience is extremely bad here. I had bought online tricycle which was defective.
I dropped the mail to the customer care. They replied that they tried to connect with me but could not connect hence closing the ticket.

Without knowing my contact number, they had replied this. This is how they give excuses and run away from their duty.

I bought cold press juicer from Lifelong... 2 years back( which i hardly used). And suddenly while using it stopped working. To my surprise when I called on the so called customer care number I was told that after 2 years the product is "NOT SERVICEABLE"... (This they've not mentioned anywhere on Amazon)..
They cheat the customer. So buy at your own risk. Will not recommend Nyone to purchase anything from them.

Scam company. Zero service centres and staff trained to keep you going in circles no matter what the issue. NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM

I purchased a trimmer via Amazon on 31 Dec 2024 ..it was working fine but all of the sudden in feb begining it stopped working and when I complained about it to the customer service, they were quick to respond and asked me to share some videos and photos which I provided to them on time but after that they started treating me like a technician .. send this video , now send this one picture, kept following up even after sending videos again and again but they didn’t stop asking for more and more videos for next 5 days and said we I’ll give a call back if we need more videos and that’s when I gave up ..

If possible I would give it a negative rating.
My daughter gifted me a foot massager and it stopped working just beyond the warranty period.
They quoted a rate of Rs.649/- for repairs which was accepted by me.
But they now say that they have no technician available and that I have to get repairs done locally.
There are no local repairers available and in any case the spares would not be obtainable.
The only solution is to throw out a machine costing over Rs. 5000/-

The after sale service of lifelong is zero.i bought bread machine and its warranty is over now. I have to throw it. Once the machine is out off warranty they tell you to manage things yourself even if we are willing to pay for the service. They don’t have any service centre. They simply buy from china and sell you .
Never purchase their products.

I had ordered a lifelong stove from Flipkart but within 15 days the stove got damaged, the design glass of the stove got heated automatically and broke, it is a very poor product

The quality of the product is good for a initial month later battery starts to drain after a month

Pathetic Service. Please do not buy any product from LifeLong. They don't care abt customer pain atall. They sent some unauthorised technician to our place, who tries to sold a Rs 200 part with Rs.1400. While checking for company name he ran away.Ever since we are only following up and getting no help to repair our washing machine.

Good quality and easy to install and value for money.

It's a good product having a powerful motor to meet the requirements efficiently.

The review and services are very poor towards the customer. I myself is harrassed for last 21 days about a product which is still in the warranty period and used only for last for months. The company cannot provide a proper service to the customer and cannot resolve the problems of the customers. They just know to say sorry om every words and say wait for this wait for that and say give a call back after sometimes as that person is on another call. They give a confirmation regarding anything but failed to perform the same. As per them my last pick up date of my induction oven is 14 th of sept but still today they can't do anything and also can't give a confirmation about the pickup whether it will be done or not. Whenever I give a call to the customer service center they just say me that it wil be done within this time within that time. But the function is not provided by them within the said time. The products and the services towards the customer are not good , not satisfying.

The worst online site in which I have ever ordered. Customer service response is worst. I ordered three items and requested them to cancel one item within 10 min of the order placed. I called them 3 times and sent couple of mails, They are acknowledging the same, but after three days they shipped all items and no proper response from them yet.

I purchased a Foot massager for my dad on 13th July 2020 . They didn't ship product for 7 days,so on 20th i requested a cancellation and asked them for a refund,they said that they'll let their senior team know and i'll be getting a call from them regarding the cancellation.I called them again on 25th july regarding the status of my cancellation and to let them know that i haven't recieved the call from their senior department.to that they said that they'll notify thier senior team again.So on 29th i called them again and they gave me the same answer as before.
Its 10th august and i called them again and they are still giving me the same answer.
So i am thinking about filing a complaint regarding this in consumer court as this is my last option.
