The design is very premium and it’s reassuring to know that I’m doing a little bit to help the environment. Mixing the powder is straightforward, but the scents are more subtle than my regular deo, perhaps I need to get used to the product (although I didn’t notice any body odour issues). Delivery was a tad frustrating and in reality took a couple of weeks to arrive in the UK. After not seeing any movement on the shipping tracker after a week, I contacted the founder Adam who apologised for the system glitch and arranged for FedEx to send the parcel. Unfortunately there was an issue with the FedEx delivery itself, further delaying the package. I was going to drop a mark because of the delivery times, but Adam was prompt to respond and follow up the issue so this provided reassurance that customer service was important. Looking forward to using the product long term and like I say, the design of the aluminium bottle (I opted for Stockholm Black) is incredible and well worth the money (and prevents loads of plastic waste over the lifetime of the product).

Fantastic product. Love the simplicity of-not having to think about buying deodorant any more. Super easy to use, I’d recommend it everyone who cares about the planet (and those that just love beautiful design and fragrance) nice work Lifelong!!!

I bought in when they first came out with the steel deodorants - takes quite a long time but i think that's the nature of the business. They arrived and were great - looking forward now to receiving the new sea plastic ones - beautiful design and more affordable price point so I really hope people get on board

I bought in to this concept at the kickstarter stage. I loved the idea and the sustainable anspect. Over time the move to a sleeker luxury design has hooked me in even harder!
I thought this was revolutionary when I first pledged and on reflection it truly was. Imitation is the best form of flattery and I can’t walk though the deodrant aisle of Tesco now without seeing others who have adopted this idea.
I take pride in knowing that something as mundane as my daily deodrant can be supporting to clean up the oceans.

Take the plunge and you won’t be disappointed.

Really happy with this deodorant. Smells fresh, lasts well during the day, and doesn’t irritate my skin. I’ve tried a few different brands recently and this is one of the better ones for the price. Would definitely buy it again.

Honestly the best deodorant I have ever used. It was recommended by a friend and I am really pleased to find a product that is not sticky, smells really great but not too strong, keeps me fresh all day, and if I’m wearing cologne as well it does not clash. It’s also great that it is environmentally responsible with no down side compared with the traditional alternative. Top marks Lifelong - You have a customer for life!

Launched via kickstarter they produce a deodorant that’s supposed to be better for the environment and comes in a powdered form.
Unfortunately, it does mixed too well and remains lumpy and fails as a deodorant. To cap it all off, once you sign up for the subscription they make it impossible to cancel. So they continue to ship repeatedly even though you have no use for their product. They give no notice either. Just suddenly you get an email to say items have shipped. And at £21 for 3 tiny pouches of ineffectual powder it’s a real ripoff!
