I am very dissapointed because the desk to put the products are very small not enough space to let your items, and always there is no cashier stuff. Early morning full with clients and they have big trolleys and there is one woman to tell them that they can scan theirself the products... i understand for few items to do that alone. But i went i had two things in my hand and i had to wait 1 hour for the other clients that had full trolleys to finish. And not even one cashier there to help. And also they dobt think that there are old people that dont know how to use the computer and scan machine..

Two to three weeks ago I bought a pack of all bran corn flakes from Lidl for €1.75. The following week amongst their coupons there was one offering 20% discount on the same product only the price was €3.19!!! Today this product was priced on the shelves for €2.29!!! There has to be a government department to punish such practices especially from big supermarkets! Disgusting the Lidl is behaving this way!

I am a regular customer of Lidl pahos as do not live far away. I find the staff quiet friendly and helpful but manny products which are advertised in the leaflets are not availabel in the shops. after a long search for the products one finds out that there are not there.
Some products are ad adverstised in the online leaflets but notint the paper leaflets. it is a waste of time. unlike the lidl in Germany the cyprus lidl is not well organside. Do not advertise products in the leaflets you can not provide. You are luring customers into the shops leaving them disappointed

When you have discounts on the shelves, do NOT trick and charge your clients the original rates!!!!!! This is not the first time Moutagiaka branch!!! And when you call the customer service line, teach them not to call the client a liar!!!! We will call the store and check if this is true!!!! What a wonderful agent to work with clients!!! It's not the 0.75€ or the 0.55€ that counts!!! You are really making sure the client doesn't come back!!! Congratulations!!!!

Very unhapppy with the service.
A kettle I bought a year ago does not work properly anymore. I called the call center and they promised me that I will receive an email within 3 days. It is now 3 weeks after my first phone call. Three more phone calls from my side followed in the meantime. I have never received an email and the product has not been replaced. What a bad service !!!
As well Lidl advertises regularly plants and flowers on Thursdays but they are not in the shop on that day. This is missleading the customer!

I don´t think so.
Besides that the law in the EU demands labeling all the products with all the ingridients because of allergies and intollerances (medical problems).
Lidl provides very small labels in the bakery section, labels with extremly small letter... nobody can read them. that means following the law but not being customer friendly
I have complained several times but Lidl ignored completely my complaints.

Every morning, Lidl Muttaiyaka puts up for sale yesterday's stale baked goods, the leftovers from unsold goods. And they're priced the same as fresh ones. This is utterly absurd; the goal is purely profit. And they don't care about the customers at all, this goes without saying.

Cashier started scanning my items before the previous customer bagged her purchases and cleared the station. How is that helping anything go faster? Having to keep an eye on my items and the cashier and not being able see the prices. What is the point of having a monitor there.

I was a regular customer of Lidl. About 3 months ago I bought a battery charger which after 2 uses failed. Its been a nightmare trying to return the item for repair or refund. I called 4 times their call center who promised that a company will contact me... Nobody contacted me for more than 2 weeks now. I will never buy from Lidl again.

On July 4th, around 7:50 AM, an employee at Lidl Franklin Roosevelt 45, Limassol 3012, scratched my car with a stack of trolleys. I reported it immediately to the store manager and later followed up with customer support. Despite assurances that they would look into the issue, I have received no updates,or compensation—over two weeks later!

This is unacceptable customer service. Lidl clearly doesn’t take responsibility for damage caused by their staff. Be very careful with your property at this location—they won’t help if something goes wrong.

I mostly looking for Parkside tools and Livarno brands, they are excellent quality and you can find a great deal.
Regarding to queue at the checkout is normal, other supermarkets I had worse experience.

Only a few regular checkouts are open, and long queues are forming.

Lidl is trying to force its customers to use the self-checkouts. It's quite obvious that most customers don't want to. This must be an order from Germany to save on personnel costs. What a shame.

They used to be competitive, but recent price hikes have made them expensive compared to other supermarkets. You get much better quality products with cheaper prices elsewhere. Their 15% discount coupons are also quite ridiculous. You get a 15% discount from a product you can buy 30% cheaper from others. Don't waste your time and money with Lidl.
