I recently bought MS Office license through Groupon and realized I bought the one for Windows instead of MAC. I sent an email and they were so responsive and exchanged my code for me! Very satisfied with their services. They also have step by step instructions on how to set up everything, makes it so much easier!

While purchasing the office software I needed to work with Mac I bought the wrong software and they worked with me to exchange my purchase for the correct software. I purchased MS Office from License Tom for a new PC about a month ago. I installed the software on my computer easily without issue. A little over a month later, MS Office sent me a message saying that I needed to put in my Product Key. When I entered the key, MS Office gave me a failure notice.
