Todo perfecto y en tiempo razonable
Pedí dos libros y llegaron bien embalados y sin ningún desperfecto. En otros lugares el tiempo de espera ya estaba agotado y con este caso los conseguí en un tiempo medio

It was my first time in ordering books online for the 3rd birthday of my daughter when i choose Libristo.
The experience was amazing,how i received the book and how they wrapped them the ribbon and how they wrote the birthday card..everything was amazing and joyful and very well done.

Very reliable.
Tried to order this from Amazon and, as happened there once before, it never turned up. Got the book in half the time frame set by Amazon - which was initially 4 weeks, plus the 6 days when it was "delayed." Libristo seems much more reliable and I will use them in future.

Buen material, envío demasiado lento y algo engañoso
El producto, en este caso, un libro de inglés para enseñanza, llegó perfecto y era el mismo que se publicitaba, el punto negativo es sobre el envío, durante toda la operación de elección, compra y pago, el tiempo era de 24h, al hacer el pago el programa me dijo que sería de una semana, llegó casi a los 10 días.

Respecto al tiempo de envío, queremos explicarle que el ejemplar que estaba en stock fue adquirido por otro cliente justo antes de su pedido. Por ello, tuvimos que solicitar el libro directamente al proveedor, lo que ocasionó un retraso adicional en la entrega. Lamentamos cualquier inconveniente que esto haya causado y agradecemos su comprensión. Trabajamos continuamente para mejorar la comunicación sobre plazos y disponibilidad de los productos.

I made two orders with this company
I made two orders with this company, although had to cancel the second. Both orders arrived some three weeks after placing the order (including the one that had been cancelled and refunded).

They think is fine you wait FOREVER
I've bought a book I wasn't able to find easily, but I'm still waiting for it.
I'm missing having some information about when my items would arrive, and some sense of hurry from them a month after my order, which they totally lack. They don't manage customer expectations, and your order can go on and on forever having to ask them every time: how long is it still going to take? It's ridiculously not worth it. Totally not recommended.

To clarify, your original order included books that have a 4–6 week wait time, which is clearly stated on our website and also communicated to you before you decided to cancel those items. After your cancellation, we immediately sent the remaining book from your order. According to the tracking information, the package was delivered on 6 February. We always aim to provide clear information and timely service, and we regret any misunderstanding.
My experience was epic
My experience was epic. I reached out on Instagram to ask if they can deliver within a week and they did. Also: the book I got is twice the price that I paid, so cheap! Also that book I couldn't find it in a lot of places. I recommend Libristo to everyone.

Servicio nefasto
Servicio nefasto, el pedido tardó tres semanas en llegar y no era el ISBN que necesitaba, al hacer la devolución a la dirección que me indicaron y pagando yo los portes con envío certificado y enviando justificación del mismo, dicen que no reciben el paquete y todavía no me han realizado la devolución.
