I ordered product and used the sizing chart on the website and the product arrived about a month later and it was nowhere near what the sizing chart had indicated to the product is useless. Customer service was awful and would not provide me with a return address they offered 5% refund . Ryan you say to contact your customer service team. I did that for weeks with no results. I am pretty sure your company is a scam

If I could score zero stars I would. I bought this clothing stitcher, and from day 1, it broke. The needled got jammed and broke. It is 100% garbage. Now, the company is offering to reimburse me $4 usd. What happened to 100% satisfaction guarantee. I definitely paid more than $4 for this plastic junk. Just want all of my money back. Why is that so difficult?

I ordered a "Quick Clothing Fixer" to mend clothing and was shipped a price tagging gun that injects big plastic barbs into price tags. They claim they shipped the correct product and refuse to accept a return. They also overcharged me. My order confirmed $25.18 USD and they charged my card $30.22.

I ordered 2 Bra's advertised on Instagram. They were advertised as Fantastic Pull Up Bra's. The Product WAS NOT AS ADVERTISED! This company WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND FOR THIS SUBSTANDARD PRODUCT! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I WILL NEVER BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AGAIN!

The stitch gun they sold is a tagging gun, as in it’s for labels it is not the same as the one they used in the video to sell it. Avoid this store! Absolute trash product

Never ever order from this company!! I repeat never ever order from this company! I ordered a tag gun with micro barbs and extra needles. The original charge was $16 and change and they billed me for that and then turned around and billed me for $20, the product I received was not what I ordered as it was not a micro needle and the extra needles are missing. I have tried to contact them over and over to no avail. I’ve asked for a return address many times. I’ve also reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

If could give negative rating would. Bought 2 bras at $17 each, size xxl. According to chart would be same as size currently wore. Bras were so small, absolutely no coverage. Customer service offered $4 after confirming the size sent to me was actual size ordered.

I purchased a bra and after fighting to even get it on...then I coult not breathe. I have tried contacting the site with back anf forth useless emails from them. "Keep the bra or donate or give it away. NOTHING about refund. The website they gave me will not open. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I'm contacting the FTC and BBB. DOE unending since 7/19/2024

I recieved the product (quick stitch) about 3 weeks after ordered which was fine except multiple issues #1-their tracking info wasn't legitimate. #2- I was charged for shipping when I ordered item but when it arrived today the company didn't use valid postage & I was required to pay cash to USPS which was about the same amount I paid in advance to company. #3- my account upon further inspection today was charged more than amount on invoice I agreed to pay by $3.91usd. #4- product didn't have instructions. I have emailed support regarding all of this. Buyer beware!!

I haven got a date on when my suntanning lotions are coming in....it's been a week! When am I getting my 3 products I purchased

I ordered some earbuds literally almost a month ago and I was charged more than my receipt had said I complained and got a refund for the overprice but I still haven't received my product and I keep emailing and asking about it and they keep giving me lies and changing my tracking number and twice it says it was delivered but when I tell them it hasn't been delivered they say, oh we sent you the wrong tracking number. I keep asking for a refund and nothing. I'm fed up with them I will never order anything again from them. I still have no idea where my earbuds are.

I purchased 2 hummingbird feeders. The add shows the original promoter of the product. I have this feeder that I purchased from the creator of this feeder, who is on the promotion. When I received the product it was NOT the same product that was promoted. It was smaller, had shorter peaks and larger holes. This allows access to wasps and bees to get into the nectar. The promoted product says that insects cannot get into the nectar. Libertyzeay also promotes 100% risk free. I wrote to them that I was aware of the difference in their product and what they promoted and requested a full refund. I did not want their product. They responded that they would be willing to refund me $4.00. Not acceptable. This s a "bate and switch" company. I recommend that you DO NOT buy from this company.

I bought the $9.99 hummingbird feeder, agreed to pay the shipping but then was charged over $5 in TAX! So a 50% tax!? I’ve been waiting WEEKS for the item and it’s still supposedly at customs. I’M NOT IMPRESSED AND WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN.

I ordered tanning cream on 4/8/24 and still have not received it. I am tired of trying to figure out where it went. It’s a joke!!
