On pausing subscriptions
On pausing subscriptions: One can NOT trust these folks to respond to requests around pausing a subscription! I went through their process, even to providing my reason for the pause ( "I'm stepping away from trading for a while") a few days ago. imagine my surprise to see the monthly $300 charge taken from my financial institution this morning! When I logged in to my account, their little chat window claimed they were online: Thjis was also false, as, after the two-minute timer counted down, I was directed to leave a message - I HAD left a message those few days ago asking my subscription be put on hold, and it WASN'T. They're a good service when I'm trading actively, but their processes around ending subscriptions truly need work.

The refund took 2 days to show up in my financial institution account, but it did show up as promised. If I start back into trading, I will probably re-start my subscription, although I will insist on verifiable communication with a human when I end it again. In these days when so many software testers are looking for work, to allow issues like these to "happen" during "upgrades"? (any competent QA tester could've caught them *before* they were rolled out) - hopefully, any future such upgrades will be tested before they are trusted out where they can affect your client base's experiences.
