I would highly recommend using Libas E Khas for ordering your clothes. Their customer service is very good. From the moment I placed my order to delivery they kept me informed. Any questions I had were quickly answered by their team on WhatsApp. My order arrived on time and was exactly what I wanted.

I would like to thank the team for sending my outfit so quickly and on time.It’s the first time I have ordered from this website so was really skeptical as you hear so many horror stories especially when the clothes are coming from abroad. I was pleasantly surprised at the service , it was very professional and to the point and the outfit stitching is really good.I love my outfit and happy with the end product , the only one thing I would say is make sure you give every measurement if it’s custom made as my under arms were slightly fitted even though everything else was on point so provide full measurements, I will definitely be ordering more clothes as I am a happy customer.

The quality of craftsmanship and care with both customer service and execution is unmatched against any other Pakistani clothing vendor in the uk that I’ve used. They are so kind, encouraging, and knowledgeable. EG, I provided one incorrect number due to my own human error amongst multiple measurements provided for a custom stitched piece. The team quickly identified it looked odd, reached out to me, clarified, and helped me rectify it so that the piece I received was appropriately sized. That’s indicative of both expertise and respect for clients. I have already gotten my mom and sister to start using this company and will be telling literally everyone I encounter. I am so beyond grateful to this amazing team and especially the staff member who corresponded with me over text.

I ordered our bridesmaids outfit from here when our original ones didn’t turn up. Libasekhas were amazing with their service and found us suitable alternatives. With a week till the wedding they managed to send it to us in 3 days. Can’t thank them enough for their service and would defo use them again. I ordered Eid dress to gift my mom and the delivery time shocked me. Usually due to eid, clothes are delivered hell late, and sometimes I even get my parcels after eid. But libasekhas nailed it.

I got my Barat sherwani from Libaas e Khaas in February, and the entire experience was incredibly smooth. I had to visit in December for measurements, and Wardan was assigned to assist us throughout the process. He was a great help and truly went above and beyond, even arranging for embroidery on the back of my sherwani at no extra charge, which wasn’t originally part of the order.

Overall, my experience was delightful, and I’d highly recommend Libaas e Khaas. The only minor issue was that one sleeve was slightly tight, but other than that, it was perfect.

Waniya answered all my queries. Shipping time just over 2 weeks from Pakistan which I am impressed with. I ordered the Zarposh Mushk and came as the picture. I will be sure to order again next time I have an event coming up. Thank you again.

They don't mess around. I've bought 2 dresses from them on 2 separate occasions, and both arrive in a timely manner and look AMAZING.

I messaged them with a request to deliver within 2 weeks, and they got it to me right on time. They also added an extra cancan under the skirt without me requesting it. The only thing I recommend moving forward is that if you are above 5'3, make sure you specify that you want your dress a bit longer, as they arrive a little on the shorter side if you select the standard S - XL sizes. My skirt was a bit too large but it's easy to adjust, pin down and alter. The quality of the dresses is amazing and their customer service is super friendly. I haven't needed to return anything yet, so I won't be able to give feedback on returns.

My order was very last minute and rushed however, they provided me with a good service ensuring my order came on time. To say the order was very last minute and rushed, the clothes came out amazing and we are overall very happy with our order and the service we received.

I ordered an expensive piece off a kanwal malik dress .
Firstly the delivery system from Pak was very stressful as I had to keep chasing them up.

It was eventially delivered in the "blue bin".
Secondly the item was incorrect size .
The specifications were not even according to their standard size Chart on their website and lady based in Pakistan called Waniya insisted that I should pay for postage /return to depot in Kent!.
She insisted it was not faulty and that I re send pics ( even that I already done and that it is sized in cm and not inches!!).At first she even refused to admit that the size was incorrect and was "according to standard small size".Even though the chest was only 16 inches (19 on their size Chart).

She was dishonest in her dealings as she kept changing her statement. She initially agreed to escalate it to her manager , but then after days of chasing up, refused to provide a response.
She refused to provide details of manager .
I am now left with significant financial loss and without an outfit for an wedding function :(.

More worrying the item has NO LABELS /or tags of designer .The quality of cloth is very poor .

Don't fall for it , it is a complete scam.

In addition, there is no such thing as "customise", they will send you whatever item and will not admit their fault demanding you to pay postage if you require exchange within 24 hours!, after which you will not be even allowed a return or exchange !
No evidence if it is a designer
No system to complain either.
In short , it is untrustworthy unreliable website .
