The Lewken Group Arvostelua

What a fantastic company. Customer service was great, and the new boiler they fitted with no trouble at all. Very satisfied with their service.

Having looked at the Governments generous grants for Heat Pump systems and been approved for the money,
I decided it was not the right thing for me and cancelled.
Whilst thinking about changing my very old and reliable Potterton boiler I decided to check out what would be the best modern and economical boiler on the market.
I went on a comparison online site and was given 4 plumbing companies to try.
I contacted Lewken and spoke to the owner Jamie about my requirements and reason for renewing a boiler that was still working well after possibly 40 years.
Everything does have a life but I wanted something that would be efficient and last.
He recommended Vaillant as being in his experience a really good boiler and asked if he could send his own surveyor Ivan to inspect the property and get a quote arranged for me.
Ivan arrived at the appointed time and did a thorough check and advised that the new Vaillant Eco Tec Plus would be the suitable for my house as it had a Stainless Steel Heat Exchanger which is needed for a house with Water Softener. This was the expertise I wanted to hear.
I placed an order with Jamie and told him he could choose any suitable time to do the installation whilst the weather was fine and boiler not in use.
I was given a date for the closest engineer to do the installation and it was Dan who turned up on time and carried out a very professional job without any interference to the running of the house.
The system was hot flushed and a particle filter fitted in line. The system was run up to temperature and all radiators checked.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Lewken for your new boiler without fear they would overcharge.
Well done the Lewken team and I wish you much success.

I recently engaged Lewken to install a new combi boiler and radiator system in my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. The installation was completed to a high standard.

It's refreshing to find tradespeople who respect your time and are as communicative as Jamie. He clearly prioritizes meeting his clients' needs, tailoring his services to ensure complete satisfaction.

Ivan also offered me valuable advice for my installation. He took the time to explain different options, helping me choose the best system for my needs and budget.

I was particularly impressed that they let me choose my own radiators, giving me the flexibility to select the style and design that suited my home, while ensuring everything worked perfectly with the new boiler.

In terms of pricing, they offered a competitive rate that was transparent with no hidden costs.

Overall, I highly recommend Jamie and Ben for any plumbing work. I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future.

James and his son were very friendly and professional. Changed my cracked cold water tank, were prompt, efficient and I would recommend

Had a new boiler installed a year ago and did a great job promising to do the first boiler service FREE true to their word this week they came back and did the first service. Very good service I will use them for future work thank you keiron

This is the second time I have used Lewken and the whole process was as smooth as the first. Jamie and his boys are a pleasure to deal with, polite, professional and not prone to giving you nasty shocks when it comes to paying up.

Highly recommended

10 out of 10

We've just upgraded from an extremely old cast iron boiler in our kitchen to a new combi boiler upstairs in our airing cupboard, which took two days.
This meant changing the gas pipe size and rerouting it, getting rid of the tank in the loft and the hot water cylinder.
I was secretly dreading the upheaval but need not of worried. We made the right choice. Professional, polite, respectful of property. A job well done and always ready to answer my questions. Thank you.

Ivan who came to do the survey, very thorough and very friendly no heavy pressure tactics. Ben who came to install the new combi and remove the old boiler was very professional, superb job explained everything that was happening. Lyndsey who organised the install was friendly and kept me informed. Overall I couldn’t be happier with the new boiler and would have no hesitation in recommending Lewken. Great job guys.

From the first call to the fitting, the whole process was made very easy. Very friendly professional service. I would definitely recommend.

From the start when I called Lewken plumbing they were very efficient in contacting me and advising what I should have and what options alex and Tyler turned up to fit my boiler there were very professional punctual polite and very tidy in there work could not be happier would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work

Great service from start to the end. Clear quote, in line with my expectations, followed by an efficient install by Alex over a couple of days. All done as per quote and very cleanly. This was a vented system boiler replaced with a new combi boiler. Would definitely recommend

Reliable and good workmanship. I’d use again

We have been extremely happy with dealing with this company from start to finish. We were having an upgrade from a freestanding boiler to a full combi and from the first visit to assess the site by Jamie and going on his advice we now have a first class heating/hot water system. Brandon and Tyler came to instal everything and did a first class job. Thank you guys, much appreciated. We have no hesitation in recommending this company

From speaking with Jamie who talked me through a new boiler to Ben fitting it everything went without a hitch and both were polite and friendly.job done within 6 hours tidied up and showed how every thing worked well done lads.

From the initial introduction by Boiler Guide through to the Engineer's visit the experience has been great. Jamie the surveyor arrived exactly as arranged and gave us a very reasonable quote, discussing in detail the whole process. His engineer Branden came to fit the Vaillant boiler and Hive system to our total satisfaction. A professional and affable company to deal with. We are also going to use them for the annual servce.
Thank you.

Nice group men. Came and give me a quote. I accepted it. In and out, in one day. Complete new boiler installation. Left the place clean and tidy.
