Trotz Mangelanzeige weil der Jogginganzug falsch geschnitten und nicht tragbar bis heute keine Erstattung oder eine kostenlose Nacherfüllung. Sie geben dir nur einen Gutschein!
Passt auf und Finger weg, hohes Risiko. Die Sachen sind zwar sicher zum Teil schön aber bei einem Mangel haste Pech und Monate Rennereien. Grundsätzlich musst du auch 2 Monate auf die Ware warten! Unding.

We ordered 2 hoodies back in December. Product too large so sent back 23rd Jan 26. Delivery confirmed on 2.2.26 by DHL. Emailed company 3 times to say that we have had confirmation of delivery and are awaiting a refund but Levoleur aren't responding to any correspondence and we are left out of pocket for over £55! Won't ever be ordering again from them

I placed a preorder in December for which the given delivery time was 6-8 weeks. After 8 weeks have passed I contacted the company asking if they could let me know when the order would be shipped. Instead of apologising for the delivery delay (+2 to 3weeks), levoleur decided to pretend I have not read the product description and felt the need to highlight to me in bold letters, what a preorder is. Also they promise to send a weekly status update on the order. In the past 8 weeks I have not received one single order update. I do not recommend to anybody to order from this company.

Der Bestell Prozess ist funktional. Jedoch kam die Bestellung nicht an, daher storniert. Man wartet sehr lange auf eine Antwort. Meine Stornierung wurde zwar bearbeitet jedoch habe ich noch keine Rücküberweisung erhalten.
Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend!

Koupila jsem si teplakovku od levoleurclo více než před 7 týdny což je opravdu dlouho... za tu dobu jsem jim stihla napsat uz cca 7 zpráv do emailu naštěstí mi vždy odpověděli teď mi právě napsali že má objednávka přijde do 2-3 týdnu tak doufám že to opravdu přijde
I když mi objednávka přijde tak si v tomto obchodě už další věci objednavat nebudu

AVOID! Terrible company that don't send the merchandise or process refunds. Customer service lies.

Aufpassen wenn man das kleingedruckte nicht liest. Ich hab dort Klamotten gekauft die mir leider überhaupt nicht gefallen und jetzt kriege ich nicht das Geld zurück sondern würde nur einen Gutschein bekommen... Ist das überhaupt legal?

Ganz ganz schrecklich! Ich bin zu tiefst enttäuscht. Ich hatte schon mal Anfang des Jahres bestellt und da war alles in Ordnung. Innerhalb einer Woche war meine Bestellung bei mir und es war auch das gewünschte drinnen. Jetzt hatte ich am 11.11 bestellt und seither mit denen per Email Kontakt gehabt. Es hieß erst das es wohl irgendwie im System hängengeblieben ist. Dann wurde meine Bestellung storniert und manuell neu eingeben am 14.12. Dann habe ich denen wieder geschrieben das es wieder nach Wochen nicht verschickt ist und jetzt heißt es das sie wohl herausgefunden haben das zu dem Bestellzeitpunkt der Artikel schon ausverkauft war. Das ist schon mal total unterste Schublade da man das sicher nicht erst nach 2 Monaten herausfindet und ich habe insgesamt über 15 Nachrichten in der Zeit geschickt. Daraufhin hab ich gesagt das ich mein Geld zurück haben möchte und die haben erst gemeint sie können ja die Jacke stornieren und die Hose trotzdem schicken und jetzt hieß es das sie mir einen Gutschein geben. In der Zwischenzeit habe ich mich hier zum Glück informiert und gemerkt das ich nicht die einzige bin was mich sehr verwundert hat, da ich noch nie etwas negatives zu Levoleur gehört habe. Auf jeden Fall habe ich mir über Paypal mein Geld zurückgeholt. Leider werden da die 5€ „versandgebühren“ nicht mitgerechnet weshalb ich jetzt minus für Versand gemacht habe obwohl nie etwas versendet worden ist… Ich hatte ehrlich gesagt noch nie eine schlechte Erfahrung von einem Onlineshop aber das hat mich alles zutiefst geschockt.

Support ist Fake (keine Antwort auf E-Mail), Handynummer im Impressum ebenso. Ware nicht erhalten Finger weg!

J’ai passé une commande pour l’anniversaire de ma fille il y a maintenant plus de trois semaines. Après le paiement j’ai reçu une confirmation par mail puis plus aucune nouvelles. Le statut de la commande semble être toujours en route. Aucun envoi par mail de confirmation de l’envoi avec numéro de suivi. Je leur ai envoyé cinq mails via le seul mail présent sur leur site Internet, sans aucune réponse de leur part. Je leur ai aussi envoyé deux messages via leur WhatsApp selon le numéro qui apparaît sur leur page Instagram, là non plus aucune réponse et je leur ai aussi envoyé un message via leur messagerie Instagram et pareil aucune réponse. sachant que c’est un produit qui se vend très cher, il me semble totalement non professionnel de leur part d’être aussi injoignable à ce point-là. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce vendeur qui visiblement gère très mal, son affaire.

Returned items that were way too big, posted the package with the exact address as it is written on their website for returns. The package was sent back to me because they never picked it up (package sent with tracing and signature needed, 30chf to send it).
Emailed them, said the address was incomplete even though I sent a picture with the exact address written on their site. Ridiculous. Not refunded.

Schnelle Lieferung. Schnelle Reaktion auf meine Anfrage per Mail, nachdem ein Teil der Lieferung noch gefehlt hatte.
Qualität der Kleidung passt
PreisLeistung Verhältnis passt meiner Meinung nach.
Die teils schlechten Bewertungen sind

Fake fraudulent website. I ordered a pair of trainers, never received. Tracking details did not work. No reply to multiple emails sent.

I ordered the black galaxy zipper and the bag even said “black galaxy zipper” but inside was random Joggers. I am so disappointed and I have sent them an email and commented on their post and they won’t reply. I checked their website and the joggers are actually also cheaper than the hoodie I paid for! Honestly words can’t describe how disappointed I am, their clothing isn’t cheap too and it came out of my own pocket money.

Best Brand out there Right now! Fast shipping, great customer service and the quality is just different to what’s out there. Will keep buying future collections, can’t wait!
