Levoit Core 300 air purifier
I bought my Levoit Core 300 air purifier in April 2023. After only about 3½ years, the touchscreen stopped responding properly, behaves erratically, and the purifier shuts off after about one minute.
I contacted customer service and was told that the product cannot be repaired and, because it is outside the warranty period, there would be no free repair or replacement. They offered me €9.50 (10% of the purchase price) as a goodwill gesture.
For an appliance of this price, I find the product lifespan outrageous. If Levoit knows that this product has a recurring fault, they should offer a repair service. I would be willing to pay for a repair rather than replace the entire appliance. Replacing an air purifier after only three years is neither sustainable nor environmentally conscious.
I find this approach very disappointing and unacceptable, and I will not buy from Levoit again.
