Beware of free shipping

I bought $40+ of parts with free shipping and it has been 34 days since the order date and still no package.
I would think if free shipping isn't reliable it should not be offered. Two previous orders arrived in a reasonable time with free shipping. Waiting for a reply from Levendigdsign.
Beware.

Hi Martin,

We do not offer free shipping as we believe in a more transparent approach to shipping costs. The shipping method chosen was without tracking and in the checkout you can see it can take 10-30 working days to arrive. Unfortunately, to be able to provide low shipping costs, the delivery times do increase, especially for the untraceable method you've chosen. These shipments do sometimes get stuck at customs for long periods on which we don't have much influence, but most orders are delivered if the shipping option with tracking has been chosen (as is reflected in the estimated delivery date in checkout)

Having that said, as I also responded to your email, if it takes any longer than this given timeframe, we always look for an appropriate solution.

Good products

Good products, much better than the 3d printed ones flooding eBay, all well made and last ages.

Good fit, be careful when removing.

Good fit and I did not get the offgassing smell other people talked about in the comments.

I had to take one off in order to swap nozzles and it tore in half when I took it off. Luckily I had an extra.

Great product line

Great quality mods for Prusa printer. Quick handling and delivery of the order.
The MK4 socket could be improved a little by removing the bottom circle the goes almost to the tip of the nozzle as it makes the use of a brush very difficult and leaves plastic around the nozzle
