Presentation and GUI could be better designed for the features (minus 1 star). Forceful and unruly sales people need to find a better way (minus 2 stars).

Well, besides the awesome product available at our fingertips, the enormous amount of time this company have saved us allowing us to be on the phone collecting money rather than searching for owner information and mailing forms, their customer service department is one of the best!
