Bought a short service, works well. However on the third day of the service, I was notified I purchased the most expensive one year service. I confirmed with them, they do not save my credit card, no auto-subscribing, you have to manually input your credit card info when you pay, but I never did. Cancelling will charge 30% processing fee. Like a scam.

I purchased the Standard plan and it does not let you select your region. When I contact customer service, they keep trying to make me purchase a new plan (thus provide them with my CC info). No thanks, I just want to use my Apple Pay.

They initially they can give me a refund but would charge a 30% “third party fee”!!! They just wanted me to purchase another plan and give my CC info. But after a lot of back and forth when I finally agreed to the 30% fee, but they said they couldn’t give a refund any longer.

I only use Apple Pay for a reason and that is to not give my CC info to scammy companies like this one. Oh and all those great Apple App Store reviews? They are obviously paid for by this company.

This is not a financial consultant. It is an app (VPN) developer, and their standard-tier subscription is useless. They randomly connect you to a server that you cannot change unless you get a Platinum subscription. In my case, they connected me to a country that does not support Netflix, and there is no way you can make it work because you cannot manually change your country. And this could happen to any app. Fortunately, I only paid for 1 week's subscription.

This appears to be a scam. Despite having 32 days left on my Premium subscription, I was notified that my account had expired and was asked to make a new payment. My attempt to resolve this with online support was unsuccessful, as I was notified that support would only be available in three hours.

Based in China, VPN is an ever-changing environment. I tested the Let's VPN free hour and it worked great. So I foolishly attempted 12M subscription. Alipay offered. Then declined. BoC/Union Pay offered then declined. Foreign card offered. And then declined. Rinse and repeat. LVPN then suggested to ask for a friend's card. IMHO these people are the front end for scraping of financial details. Clearly the major financial institutions have blocked them. BEWARE! Still need a decent VPN though 🤣

After I purchased Standard 1 week, I fount out I cannot select the region. Letsvpn CS Trista asked me to read an article to understand their policy for this issue. Before I made the payment, Letsvpn did not clearly explain Standard 1 week cannot select region. This is Letsvpn's fault and they are trying to cheat customers to pay 1 more time and forced customer to upgrade to more expensive Patinum option. Be careful, not to sign up with Letsvpn.

Disabled my subscription without a refund or any explanation. Complete scam. Beware!
