Let's Roam Arvostelua

Terrible customer service. Deceptive business practices by not stating the tickets are non-refundable. Based on previous reviews too they'll keep charging you on your subscription and won't offer proper refunds for unwarranted charges.

We had an amazing time! Cant wait to do this again and pick a different hunt! Thanks for the fun!

Purchased the Bamburgh Castle Bonanza and unfortunately were unable to complete the challenges as the site was not dog friendly. I checked the website before booking, which said that all challenges were dog friendly.

It is also not made clear, that as-well as purchasing the vouchers, we also needed to pay an additional £18.75 per person. Some more transparency here would have been appreciated.

The challenge was advertised to include riddles uncover hidden gems. We were just presented with history trivia and told to take selfies, no riddles or challenges involving 'laughter-filled teamwork'.

Overall the experience was extremely disappointing. I have sent numerous emails to the support team to feedback our dissatisfaction and have had no acknowledgment.

Would not purchase any experiences again.

Beware on purchase

I purchased one set of scavenger hunts and checked out. The website offered a discounted rate for a further purchase which I selected however it came up with an error message. I then proceeded to try again a couple of times but received error messages. Then I noticed my bank account had been charged a further four times without proceeding to checkout again or authorizing the transactions. I am seeking a remedy and refund from the business. To be continued....

Fun experience. We couldn’t complete all the tasks because the African exhibit was closed for remodeling. Fun time at the zoo.

Great way to explore some of Hobart historic attractions , great for the whole family or team bonding , would recommend going during the day not of a night though

Great fun and interesting

Horrible company. Was hung up on by a customer rep. was promised a call back within 24 hours and never happened. We represented a property that they were sending people to with any authorization.

This is 100% a scam. Do not buy tickets, they will not work in the app. Do not then sign up to the "free" trial so that it will work. They won't send you any confirmation, no way to cancel, and won't reply to emails asking to cancel. I had to report as fraud to my credit card.

Let's Roam offers a fun and engaging way to explore a city. The app's interactive challenges and riddles lead you to interesting landmarks and hidden gems, encouraging teamwork and discovery. While some may find certain challenges straightforward, the overall experience is a delightful blend of exploration and lighthearted competition. It's a fantastic option for locals and tourists alike seeking a unique and active city adventure. Just ensure your phone is charged and your walking shoes are ready!

This is by not a scavenger hunt by any stretch of the imagination. You’re given route to follow on a map and asked to read a sign or statue in the area and then answer a multiple choice question. The high ratings have either been paid for or written by people who had very low expectations for a scavenger hunt. I regrettably bought an annual pass and asked for my money back on day 1 after doing one “scavenger hunt” but they refused to even give a partial refund.

Great experience, fun family time, just a little easier to navigate the app, & make more challenging hunts with more things to look for

Great fun. We had a lot of laughs completing this.

Glitch in their system meant I ended up with two charges for the tickets. I explained this had happened and was told no refund. Please be careful when purchasing.

Lots of fun for the family.Great way to get out

Amazing. Sooo fun!

It was the middle of winter, all the locations were closed but we drank beers and had a great time 🤩

Awesome experience

The Fredericksburg Tour was so much fun! You learn a lot of Fredricksburg History as well as getting to see all of the beautiful sights.

Great way to explore a new place!
