Unhelpful customer service
I purchased something on the basis of 3-5 business days delivery time, this then changed to 5-7 days after the payment had been taken. I emailed about this and they offered to cancel as it was needed for my wedding, and I stated straight away that I’d like to proceed with the cancellation, however they claimed not to receive this and posted it anyway. An additional hassle that I didn’t need in the lead up to my wedding.

Such a shamebecause I had to return everything even though I liked the pattern, loved that it was made out of plastic from the ocean and it was my size. But the design is just not flattering... the bikini cups were too far apart... the bikini bottom added more fabric where it was supposed to control so it had the opposite effect, like the shapewerar which flattened my butt instead of lifting it and dug into my waist creating love handles.

Hello Almudena! We are sorry your experience has not been optimal. This bikini top is the perfect choice for those with medium to fuller busts thanks to its underwire and fixed foam cups, which will keep you supported and covered. While also giving your bust a rounder look. The bikini bottom is medium-rise, and being knotted on the sides will allow you to adjust it to the size of your body. Your satisfaction is our top priority. We are here to help you and to offer exchanges or returns.
