It's a scam; they never delivered the product.

This is a total scam. Delivery site says delivered. I have cameras all over my property. Nobody showed up at the time they claim to deliver. Fake product! Beware

Total SCAM do not buy , they just take money and never deliver . When you contact the company they state prove it’s not been delivered ? I considered showing them a picture of my empty cupboard but honestly just report as scam

Scam scam. Fake delivery from china. After several weeks of tracking, finally stated delivered. That was two days ago and no photos and no signs of delivery. When contacting delivery agent, they replied contact supplier!!!! Their tracking system stated item collected and passed on from china to UK customs border!!! So why referring to the supplier????

100% scam. Ordered a flatbread maker, never shipped (used some fake tracking number out of China) and was offered a run around, later a "partial refund" for something that never arrived.

They fake the delivery details
They said the Royal Mail delivered my item on a bank holiday in the uk.
Well we know the royal mail is closed on a bank holiday

I also have been scammed. They never delivered the product and offered a 15% refund. It is sad I didn't look for reviews online before buying.

This is a completely fake company—a scam with misleading offers that sells items but never delivers them. When you confront them, they only offer a 10% refund within 90 days. I do not recommend them; they are 0% trustworthy.

The company is fraudulent, they charge for express delivery and after a month it shows delivered yet never delivered and you don’t get refund. Do not buy from this company.

It is a Fake online store. In the report of 17 track they said that Your package was delivered successfully to the addressee. But i didn't receive. It was to good to be true.

The company provided an International Tracking number but never provided a UK Courier Tracking Number. The item was shown as delivered on the International tracking website but no item was received. When I contacted them they told me to contact Fedex or Royal Mail without providing me with an appropriate tracking number. Totally useless. Don't waste your money

This is a scam. Goods never arrive, and probably were never sent

Says delivered, did not arrive.
Asked for a refund or replacement, been offered 10% so asked for 100% to be told proof if not got here.
SCAM

I placed the order on the 6th May for a Pancake Machine. I knew it would take some time to be delivered, so I patiently kept an eye on the tracking.

On the 28th May, it changed to delivered (no email update), but as it was school holidays, I didn't get around to checking the tracking status until yesterday.

No delivery has arrived, and they asked me to check with FedEx and Royal Mail. Both services had no information about the "delivery".

Now I have asked for a refund, and communication has stopped.

Unfortunately, I did not read Trustpilot first before ordering, but DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

They let you order, take your money, but do not deliver your goods.

I would give -5 if I could, but the lowest rating I can give is 1.

Leoneri is a scam site. As others have reported here, they set up a fake itinerary and then eventually complete the itinerary to claim the item ordered from them was delivered when, in fact, it was not.

I paid $59.98 for a Leoneri Automatic Smart Pancake Griddle Machine.

I originally purchased the alleged item on May 9th. Their so-called shop, Leoneri dot com, does not offer a PayPal payment route so I went with Apple Pay linked to my bank account.

They apparently completed their fake itinerary on the morning of May 30th. They never even bothered to send me an email at the time of their alleged delivery. In their fake itinerary, they claimed the alleged item had been delivered when it was not.

I only found out about this, this afternoon, June 2nd, when I checked on the itinerary again. I check my email every day so if they had properly sent me an email on May 30th claiming that the item was successfully delivered.I would have found out about it then.

I then complained to Leoneri. I have gotten no reply so far.

Then, I contacted my bank to ask for a full refund providing them with all the documentation I could think of. I hope I can get a full refund.

PayPal has historically been reliable for me when it comes to providing refunds from companies who fail to deliver or deliver something less than I paid for.

But I am not sure about my bank, which is not PayPal.

Anyway, people, avoid Leoneri. If you come across stuff, like I did on Instagram originally in relation to this alleged item for sale, you must do due diligence and check the vendor for reliability on sites like Scam-detector and Trustpilot.

It’s a Wild West of criminals and con-artists out there.
