I have always played at this betting site, making regular deposits and withdrawals. Recently, I won an amount of 1100€, from which I requested a withdrawal of only 900€, leaving 200€ in my account.
And they are not letting me withdraw the money...
I received this email:
"Hello,
Due to technical reasons, the processing time for withdrawals has been extended. The completion of the withdrawal may take a little longer than usual.
You can cancel the withdrawal request or wait for its execution. Once the technical maintenance is completed, withdrawals will be processed immediately.
We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any temporary inconvenience caused."
However, I have friends who withdraw smaller amounts, never receive this email, and get the money in their accounts within hours...
I really like this casino, but unfortunately, it is giving me problems... I will come back here to give you an update on whether this casino is actually trustworthy or not when it comes to higher amounts, but for now, it seems a bit shady...
As a streamer, I am a bit skeptical and will not be advising my followers to play at this betting site for the time being.

Le service client me dit d’attendre jusqu’à 3 jours ouvrable que le virement de leur coté est bien parti,alors que depuis 2 ans chaque retrait validé par Léon est instantanément viré sur mon compte bancaire.
En lisant les commentaires sur trustpilot et plusieurs autre forum je me dis que ça sent pas bon.

De notre côté, nous confirmons que le retrait de 300 € a bien été traité et envoyé dans les délais habituels. Toutefois, une fois le virement effectué, le délai de réception dépend entièrement de votre banque, et malheureusement nous n’avons pas d’influence sur les délais de traitement bancaires, qui peuvent varier.
Nous comprenons que cela puisse être frustrant, surtout si vos précédents retraits étaient instantanés.
Cependant, en voyant que vous avez continué à utiliser votre compte par la suite, nous supposons que la situation s’est normalisée et que les fonds ont bien été reçus.

They take all your deposits. Then when you win they won't release them to you until you verify your account.. which i thought was already done when u sign up but what ever, no big deal.. You try and verify your account, they ask for ID you provide it, they ask for a photo of your card, no big deal black out the middle number and the cvc.. You'd think thats it ok . NO! They then ask you for a document from your bank that has your Name, Address, acount transactions and Card Number.. (My bank doesn't have this document with a card number on it!) Days go by and after sending constant screenshots and messages wasting time they still refuse to release funds even after all the proof of account was done. ..including a live facial recognition ti match to your id..
As of this moment its been 3 DAYS .
Still no funds released and another screen shot from the chat with my bank confirming theres is not any avalible pdf documentation that has card numbers on it avalible... Thief's And Scammers .
DONT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEPOSIT MONEY WITHOUT BEING able to recieve it.. so EFFECTIVELY LOSING YOUR MONEY FOR NO REASON.. ..
EXTREMLEY POOR customer service after being told that the documents they require for verification from the bank dont exist as they continue to insist on getting it.. this is after they have been given a photo of the card and a driver's licence etc
