Really bad experience
Really bad experience. I ordered 2 bracelets saying that are gifts. I’ve choose the express shipping option to be sure that arrive in last that 9 days, actually was written that like this will arrive in max 5.
What happened is that the products arrived after 15 days, after the anniversary for which I needed them and I’ve also paid 20 euro for custom taxes ( the order costed 66 so -> around 30% of taxes - I ordered from Italy, they shipped from Switzerland)
More , on top, to be sure it’s not enough, I’ve specified that are gifts and I’ve only found one bag with both bracelets inside. Not even close to a gifting confection.
Be careful when you order, or at least manage your expectations

I paid and received nothing
I ordered on 06 May 2021. today is the 14 june 2021 and my Order has not arrived yet. I am writing emails, everytime I get the Same answer: „..... wait a little longer“. When I ordered I have Chosen the express shipping 3-9 days. Now I am waiting for weeks and I just want my money back, but no answer and no reaction. I am forwarding this to my lawyer and to paypal.
